The stay was great
I loved the stay
The room was very spacious.
The a/c unit should have been by the bed. It was extremely hot and it took a number of hours before I could feel cool and comfortable while in the bed. The tv should have been closer to the bed.

the place is run down & looks like you need to have a gun on you at all times, there was food left in the fridge, hair in the tub & overall just not meant for family
Once you check in, there's a $50 cash deposit for non-smoking room. That caught me by surprise.
Could use more towels in the hot tub room
Didn't like anything. We had a flood in our room. Our refrigerator didn't work at the bottom
The price was reasonable but then they tried to take it up. It went from 58 to 6 5 to telling me I'll have to pay $75

The shower was so dirty my kids wouldn't shower in there. There was something (snot maybe) smeared on the inside of the bathroom door. Our feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor. Linens were very old but appeared relatively clean with the exception of some hairs here and there. Strong smell of either sewage or marijauna during the night. Front desk staff was friendly enough and I was thankful that the property was gated given the neighborhood.
I loved this property, it is affordable, clean, and the people are friendly, they had a washer and dryer. It was great just a little far from the tourist attractions and civilization. If you have a rental car this is the ultimate place for you.

The king size bed was nice. We liked that our car and room was inside a gated area, and we felt secure.
The shower didn't work appropriately- half the water came out of the spicket and half out of the shower head. We stayed 2 nights and we didn't receive any clean towels after the first night. We had one very small wastebasket. There was minimal light in the room. No light over the desk where my spouse had to do his work on his computer, and the light on the ceiling did not work. The room smelled like it had high moisture content. The floor felt moist and dirty. Therefore , we felt too, that the price of $499 per night was extreme.
