The website indicated it was a pet friendly hotel. Unfortunately, once I paid for the room and got to the hotel I was told they are not pet friendly and I had already paid for my room. I was traveling from Florida with a pet a small 14 pound dog and was denied. This was a nonrefundable room. I have requested Booking.com to credit my credit card as their website indicated Pet friendly, and it was clearly not. Once I entered the lobby with a dog the front desk called security telling them that there was a dog in the lobby. I was totally embarrassed and had to quickly find another hotel.
