Pros:

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in shower.

Cons:

Can’t control the thermostat. It’s set to 67. But never gets down to that temp. Stays 70-72. It’s cold when you come in but at night, it’s hot. And there’s no fan even if you select it. If I set the temp to 64, a few seconds later it will change back to 67. Plus, the thermostat has a bright green light that lights up the whole room. So if you’re someone who wakes up to light like me, it’s disrupting. I stayed in two different rooms and they both were like that so it’s a hotel thing.

Beautiful, if fragrant, hotel
Pros:

Really enjoyed all of the facilities. Ate dinner at The Chop House and it was delicious! Great server too!

Cons:

Apparently I was allergic to the scent of the hotel. Also also the fragrance of all the Soaps. I had to take an antihistamine to sleep because I kept having an allergic reaction. But I really can't complain about anything else!

Cons:

I put on one of the robe in the closet and i noticed a black mark on it. I just thought it was stained and everything couldn't be perfect in an otherwise perfect room........then I said what is that smell......
Yep!!! Someone did the nasty on that robe an hung it back in the closet!!! Phew!!! The only complaint. A dirty sex robe.
