Cons:

I had reserved the hotel room for a few weeks and I did not get a phone call until the night of check-in at 8 PM to let me know they were canceling the reservation for myself and my daughter. My daughter was in a volleyball tournament and is 17 years old. Apparently no one under 21 can stay at the hotel. That was not well defined on Booking.com. I then had to find sleeping arrangements abruptly when we were just ready to check in. It was very disappointing how the situation was handled.
