Room clenliness was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable. View of downtown NYC obstructed by large industrial building with several tall smokestacks. Front desk ran out of room keys, so security guard had to open my room. How could they possibly not have enough room keys?

I will never stay at this hotel again there’s no parking and paid for valet parking they told it would be $45 the night and charge it to my room and they I was charged $60 try to call the hotel to ask still no response really bad customer service
Great location to time square
Sketchy area to walk, clean room but small. 4 night stay and only came to clean/ restock room once. Very cramped check in area & slow with minimal workers. Was able to leave bags to tour NYC bc they were unable to get us in earlier than 3PM. Lots of contraction around. Nice view of the city. 10 min walk to subway.

The hotel only has 3 elevators which made it extremely difficult to get a ride. No stair access to the main lobby, both stairs exited to the exterior of the building.
Amazing comfort stay. Just for 1 night I had everything with an amazing experience.

Breakfast was extremely busy. Waiting 10+ minutes in a line to get some scraps was a big disappointment.

Hotel staff could not have been nicer and easier for work with. Hotel was fabulous. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy but we didn't have any issues. I would stay here again.
No shopping options.
Clean hotel with a subway to Manhattan located less than a half mile walk away. Located near a housing complex, with many local bodegas on the walk to the subway. We found ourselves stopping daily at one specific one for food. (The Philly steak is amazing!) 12th Street Gourmet Deli. There were always people hanging around outside but they didn’t interact with anyone.
The front desk staff was a mix of professional, unhelpful and rude and unprofessional. The valet parking people were pretty great, but for the price they should be the rooms were decent clean. The lighting situation was not that great. The lighting could definitely be better, especially over the desk area, where people may work.
The room was clean. The staff was amazing.
Rooms were well maintained and always cleaned up. Staff friendly. Breakfast good.

I didn’t stay because you switched locations from Manhattan where I was looking. I have never received the email from the chat about a refund. I will call my bank to charge back the account.
