The washroom door is a slide type which is so uncomfortable, no locking option
No drinking water other than 2 tiny water bottles
Refillable water is not available in the gym most of the time
One Lady's attitude who worked in the breakfast food area was too bad

Pros:

Location and services. Front desk personal were very helpful. The valet helped us with the suitcases. There is a complimentary shuttle to the subway station. Highly recommend the hotel!

Cons:

I had a pleasant stay! It exceeded my expectations for a hotel not in Manhattan.

Great location right near the metro station.

Cons:

The breakfast was the weakest point of this hotel. The daily selection was monotone and repetitive. Furthermore, the breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests, which led to long queues for food and waiting around just to find a spot. The seating setup was also very impractical—guests were forced to sit on high bar stools or uncomfortable poufs at low coffee tables. To make matters worse, several items ran out during breakfast hours and the staff did not replenish them.

Otima localização,, perto da estação 21 Queensbridge, Quarto grande, moveis novos, banheiro bem organizado, limpo e com espaço adequado!

Cons:

O serviço de Valet, eu tive uma experiência ruim com um funcionário do segundo turno, ele foi sem educação, não explicou adequadamente quando eu voltei procurar pelo carro e no dia seguinte estava visivelmente irritado porque eu não peguei o ticket, achei desnecessário e não utilizei o serviço nos dias posteriores, um serviço de 40 usd por dia eu esperava um tratamento minimamente educado. Nao voltaria neste hotel se estiver de carro.

Pros:

Excellent value for location. Easy access from JFK and Manhattan. 10 minutes to Metro. Hotel room has microwave and fridge. Laundry on site $1,50 for wash or dry. Staff are helpful and always available.

Cons:

Complimentary breakfast is plentiful although make sure you go down early to avoid queues.

Welcoming, relaxing & accommodating to those who have had travel plans unespectedly changed.
Pros:

After a rough night of being at the airport & having our flight cancelled, unlike the other hotels, the receptionist was very nice & we were able to check in early in the morning (4AM).

Cons:

It would've been better if there was an airport shuttle so that we wouldn't have had to pay for transportation to the hotel then back to the airport for our rescheduled flight.
