Cons:

HVAC didn't work I asked for the service front desk receptionist told me she entered into the system. Technician will follow up. No body showed up. Then they just provide me a fan for the night.

Cons:

Free breakfast management, the crowd, sometimes are all the time it is way too much crowded. Nobody can get through., but they have plenty of food, it’s fixable, if you have any issue with change canceling extend staying, you cannot get help from anybody online is your best pet, third-party agency worse, before you book make sure nothing is changed, then you’ll have excellent time, they stay busy all year long

Outstanding
Pros:

Clean, the quality of free coffee at the lobby excellent , free, popcorn, very clean property, there is a beautiful corner store. You can find anything cheaper than Walmart.

Cons:

Surrounding, Big power station around the building, it’s not a problem for me, buying ticket from third-party agency. It’s good bad side ease you cannot get any problem solved, they blame each other although you have insurance. But besides that everything good.

Esmorzar inclòs i bon preu.

Cons:

Moltes cues a l'hora d'esmorzar. Molta gent se'l pujava a dalt per falta de lloc on menjar.
Està una mica lluny del centre. Zona lletja i pobre, però tranquil·la.

I paid for king size bed then received 2 bed front desk agent Jake? Toll me I'll received a credit 50 dollar per day because no king side room available at the c/o another agent toll me that no true I think this is a sistem that this hotel used I'll never recommend to no body come here because use a trick

Reasonable hotel but not fulfilling Marriott standards.
Pros:

Good breakfast, late night coffee and subway transport shuttle

Cons:

Location was really bad, first morning we seen some street fights and kids get really afraid. we stayed 3 nights and each night have to come to hotel by Uber. Transport to and from subway is not guaranteed as it can only accommodate 14 people. Staff at the reception were not so kind as well when asked for water. Breakfast was good but the queue in the morning was terrible, not enough place to seat and eat.

Pros:

Es un hotel nuevo o recién remodelado, tienen valet parking aunque $55/día. Como era fin de semana pude estacionar en la calle.
El desayuno está ok, el gimnasio también. Es fácil llegar a Manhattan.

Cons:

Fue justo lo que esperaba.

Jack at the front desk staff was very kind and helpful after having a stressful day at the airport
Pros:

The location for breakfast was a little tight very busy. The staff did their best to try to keep the areas clean and organized, but it’s just a small area and probably needed a couple of more staff people to keep tidy.

Cons:

Didn’t like the lobby check-in area was very small and close to the breakfast area so there was a lot of commotion in that lobby and it seemed at times too busy
