A wonderful experience during a very difficult time.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel in KY was amazing. We came to KY due to a family emergency and unthinkable loss. Leandra (front desk) and Kristin (overnight) were a few who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. But honestly, all of the staff we ran into over the past 5 days were so welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything! I can't say enough about them. The rooms were so clean, the hotel is updated, modern and sleek, the firepit outside was a great gathering location for our family at night to reminisce, and the facility was just a great location. We are heading back in a couple weeks and will definitely be staying at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. We will never stay anywhere else when in Georgetown, KY! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our stay so pleasant during a very difficult time.

Pros:

Our first trip to the area and used customer ratings to select lodging. The ratings were not incorrect. Staff is incredibly helpful. Room was very nice and spacious. Super clean. View was terrible. Unless you like AC units and roofing. But who cares when your are just there to sleep. Breakfast ended at 9 and we got there right at 8:55 so things were picked up and we didn’t have much left to chose from. That was a bummer. Definitely good value and would recommend. Staff is super friendly and attentive.
