All together bad time.
Pros:

Who knows since the staff was rude, and canceled my stay just because I'm local.

Cons:

My booking was canceled due to being a local, I called ahead of time, and check the website and nobody said a word about it being a problem. I also could not get the guy at the front desk to call a manager to save my life, nor let us all speak when he finally did after 15 minutes of arguing. Complete waste of time, money and I'll never try to stay with a Hilton owned brand again.

Pros:

Loved the shampoo and conditioner in the showers! Room was spa and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was cold and bland. Got there by 7:25 Bathroom lights were a little TOO bright.

Excellent in every way!
Pros:

I stay here whenever I am in Cheyenne. Always a great place! Beds are comfortable, staff is excellent, rooms are large and kitchen is a great bonus. I will continue to staay here whenever i'm in Cheyenne.

Great hotel - wonderful staff!
Pros:

I stay here whenever I visit family in Cheyenne. The location is perfect, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!!!

The employees were fantastic and the hotel was very clean.

Cons:

I tripped over the black cement curbs in the parking spots had yellow stripes but mostly black. If a car is parked you cant see them.Injured my elbow, wrist and knee. I wear oxygen. Not very handicap friendly. Front door had no parking near it. The closest door to parking was up a flight of stairs thru the out door patio. The elevators hardly worked. Had to use the stairs. They also were outside access. To go from the lobby and pool you had to go outside to access the stairs in the wind and cold of Cheyenne Wyoming. With wearing oxygen and with my health problems these things made it very hard for me.

Excellent home away from home!
Pros:

Everything! Friendly staff, comfortable beds, pillows, etc. room was large and well equipped. Have stayed here a few times and I won’t stay anywhere else in Cheyenne!

Cons:

Occasionally heard people in next room talking.

Nice stay
Pros:

We spent one night here on our trip. We were checked in quickly, recognized as diamond honors members and thanked for our loyalty. When we got to our room though we could not find the room number that was written on the key sleeve. I had to go back to the desk to ask what the room number was supposed to be since the number they wrote down did not exist. The clerk was very thorough at pointing out where everything was and how it all worked.

The room was clean and fresh. We checked out very early and did not partake in the breakfast so we cannot speak to how good or bad it was.

We had a good experience! Beds were comfortable, room was clean and there were generous amounts of towels and necessities. Parking lot was clean, and incredibly well lit. We did book through Expedia and it clearly stated it was pet friendly. No where did it say there would be an added fee of $75 (non refundable), but we were met with that at the front desk. Just FYI

Parking was easy and secure. Nice are to walk my dog. Kitchen was VERY nice with everything we needed .beds and couch were very comfortable and the shower was excellent.
