Clean and comfortable, great stay
Pros:

Comfortable king bed, even the sofa bed was comfortable!

Great breakfast, adults got to make a biscuit breakfast sandwich, kids had chicken patty and potato wedges.

Very clean, I liked it!

Cons:

Breakfast area was a little difficult to rearrange a seating area for a family of 5? But that’s minor.

Cons:

Der Geruch im Zimmer war furchtbar. Wir baten um ein anderes Zimmer, aber alles, was wir bekamen, war eine Flasche Raumerfrischer. Scheinbar waren wir nicht die einzigen, die sich beschwerten.
Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch- alles verarbeitet und viel Plastik.

The breakfast was simple and basic served the purpose. Overall place was very clean. Staff was friendly, would stay here again. Beds were comfortable

I think the breakfast can be improved on, especially when it comes to the eggs. And during the week I think the hours should be extended a little bit.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would stay there again.

Cons:

We were on the 3rd floor and the room above us was very noisy in the early am, sounded like they were stomping on the floor. Not the fault of the hotel, it was just a noisy inconsiderate guest.

All together bad time.
Pros:

Who knows since the staff was rude, and canceled my stay just because I'm local.

Cons:

My booking was canceled due to being a local, I called ahead of time, and check the website and nobody said a word about it being a problem. I also could not get the guy at the front desk to call a manager to save my life, nor let us all speak when he finally did after 15 minutes of arguing. Complete waste of time, money and I'll never try to stay with a Hilton owned brand again.

Pros:

Loved the shampoo and conditioner in the showers! Room was spa and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was cold and bland. Got there by 7:25 Bathroom lights were a little TOO bright.

Excellent in every way!
Pros:

I stay here whenever I am in Cheyenne. Always a great place! Beds are comfortable, staff is excellent, rooms are large and kitchen is a great bonus. I will continue to staay here whenever i'm in Cheyenne.
