Personnel sympathique et prévenant. Style old fashioned mais qui a son charme. Prix abordable. Propre, en bon état, calme.

Bruit permanent de la centrale de climatisation extérieure. Gênant.

Just clean.

Cons:

General manager was so rude. no customer service at all. No heater no Ac no hot water you have to wait 30 minutes nobody told me about it I get sick when I took a shower of cold water. Room has a broken window has 250 security deposits u will get it back in 30 days I will never coming back in this hotel it was a nightmare…

It was adequate.
Pros:

The location was fine and the room was clean and the staff friendly.

Cons:

The wifi was very spotty and it took forever to get hot water the first night. The second two nights the water never got above luke warm. Most likely this is due to a shared water heater and my room in relation to where the water heater is located.

Was available at a time when I didn’t think it would be.

Cons:

Toilet was broken, shower was complicated, not enough plug sockets. Ironing board was woeful. At that price it’s just an atrocious option.

Completely misrepresented room with no resolution or refund
Pros:

There are plenty of other hotels nearby.

Cons:

False advertising. The room bore no resemblance to the Booking.com listing—much smaller, no bathtub, no work desk. The elevator was out of service, forcing me to use the stairs. I left after one hour and was promised a refund that I'm still waiting for. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

There was no working A/C or heater, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom door would not close properly, showing a clear lack of maintenance and basic room standards.

Parking was another major issue. It is handled by a different company and not included in the hotel fee, which was not clearly communicated in advance. This felt misleading and added unnecessary inconvenience and cost.

Overall, the hotel lacks basic amenities, proper maintenance, and transparency. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.
