Great value for money
Pros:

Ladies at the desk were very helpful and friendly. Central location to union square and public transport routes, in walking distance or short drive away from cool neighbourhoods. The area itself is not the nicest however everything you need is nearby.
Room had everything we needed for a short stay. Fantastic value

Cons:

Room was advertised as queen bed but it was a double bed and the man at the desk argued that it was not a double bed (it was). Not a huge issue but something that could easily be fixed on the listing

We would not stay there again and we would not recommend it.
Pros:

Location was great and the price for San Francisco was excellent.

Cons:

#1 Front Desk indifferent attitude; 2. The deposit of $250 for the room rate of $185 was excessive I have stayed in over 100 hotels last 25 to 30 years and that was highest percentage of room rate; 3. Front Desk required ID's for all guests (wife, daughter, and daughters husband) whereas I was the primary guest and credit card holder. 4. Bathroom supplies were limited for 4 people (i.e. 4 adults but only 2 towels an 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 bar of soap. Parking had to be reserved separately and I was not informed so when we went to park car after driving around the city the lot was full. At that point the front desk said we had to pay and reserve parking in advance.

Horrible experience and highly rude scammers from India
Pros:

We would never ever go back there.

Cons:

We went for our stay at that place there was discrepancy in the day to stay initially which was worked out by the front desk Indian guys working at night and we booked 2 rooms with 3 adults and 3 kids under 9.
We have stay so long in the car while that was going on and I appreciate they helped but happened next was unbelievable.
I wish nobody has to go through such a disgusting situation and behaviors. As we entered one of the Indian guy called my husband and said you guys only 5 can go up not my husband. He reassured the guy that my wife is having kids and stuff to carry so let me just help her and leave the stuff up and I will be back. That Indian guy is a total scam and thought it’s India and he can whoever he wants just we can book a 3rd room as well.
Then I saw his rude behavior and was very disappointed and while I was getting upstairs I said it’s unbelievable and I have never seen anything like that before, the Indian guys working asked all of us to come back and leave else he would call cops on us.
Highly disappointing and horrible experience!!!
After waiting that long and kids sleeping in the car we headed out to next nearby hotel G, they were so nice and welcoming to accommodate us and clearly communicated everything and quickly sorted everything for us.
They are 💯 % scammers and the place with dirty carpets and stinks the moment you enter.
They show low price then charge you hell for parking like 50 $ or above for a night.
They need to learn basic manners and how to clearly communicate not to scam people like they do in India.
Horrible Horrible people and Scammers 😞

Cons:

房间太小，里面没有微波炉。宾馆附近的街道上有席地而睡的流浪汉。住宿要交250美元的押金，且只能用信用卡支付，支付美元现金还不行。退房23天之后，才退回250美元的住宿押金。
