Séjour ok sauf froid et bruit à cause de l'aération de la salle de bain (grande chambre sur cour)
Pros:

Chambre assez spacieuse pour mes gros bagages. Mais toutes les chambres ne font pas la même taille.
Hôtel propre. Equipement ok. Confortable. Déco vintage mais ça a son charme, si on aime.

Cons:

Chambre bruyante et peu lumineuse. Elle donne sur cour. La fenêtre de la salle de bain est plus une aération qu'une fenêtre. Aussi le bruit et le froid passent facilement. C'est dommage parce que ça nuit à l'agrément. D'autant plus qu'il peut faire frais voire froid à San Francisco.

Excelent place to stay for the money you are paying.
Pros:

Excellent location with nice rooms. Really siient at night so you can sleep well. The staff is friendly and you have room service as plenty of near by stores, supermarkets and coffe shops.

Cons:

I did have to ask for a hair dryer. It would have been nice if it was already in my room.

Al momento de checkin me solicitaron dejar un deposito de usd 250 para garantía, y al momento de hacer Check out me lo reintegraban, veo que lo lo cargaron en mi tarjeta... al revisar comentarios de otros huéspedes. este tema es continuo y recurrente, cobran los 250 usd pero y tiene que solicitar los devuelven, me apoye con Booking, con la confianza, seguridad, claridad y garantía en los precios, pero esta forma de proceder del hotel no la comparto, solicito al Hotel me devuelvan los usd 250 y a Booking validar las quejas por esta situación y otros usuarios les pase lo mismo

A painful experience.
Cons:

Surprised me with a $70 fee after arrival for having friends with me. They also didn't even have a corkscrew to open my wine bottle. The shower was also ice cold.

Was denied and refunded- they had no handicap rooms available. Im only on crutches. I had o find another room and taxi there. Afterpa u dodnt work. It never presented at check out. I am confused how to use afterpay
