Focused Energy work visit
Pros:

Big, spacious and clean room.

Cons:

On arrival was handed keys to room which was already occupied. Returned to reception to explain situation (they didn’t believe me!). Had to ask the reception to take a look with me. After investigating my problem returned to reception yet again to be assigned another room. Room had an awful view of a fuelling station.
One morning (6.00am), I went to reception to question extra charges to my credit card and female receptionist was face down on the desk-fast asleep! She slept soundly and looked like she needed the sleep.

Cons:

Frühstück war qualitativ schlecht, kann man nicht anders sagen. Hatte den Duschkopf fast in der Hand. Ausstattung billig / nicht solide. Personal schlecht ausgebildet. Hat Probleme das System zu bedienen und einfache Fragen zu beantworten.
