Horrible. Did not honor accessible room reservation or 3pm checkout. Specifically needed tub. Tub had NO STOPPER to plug

The hotel had a nice bright interior and the friendly staff cared for our needs very well.
Pros:

The location was great even though the exit from I-35 was closed. We just had to go around a couple more corners to come back to the road the hotel was on. The breakfast was as good as any hotel breakfast in the price range is in general. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The soundproofing of the room seemed adequate until the person in the next room let their alarm go off continually for 10 minutes or more at 6:30 am. Other than that, we did not hear any noise from the other rooms. We were on the ground floor.

Location to where i needed to go, easy check in no big issues

Cons:

Hotel had a strong smell, Like animal urine. Carpets need to be deep cleaned. Bedding also had an odor, there was a few hairs under the comforter on the sheets. Chair in room also had stains. Phone and clock had visible layer of dust, so i know that area was not cleaned for a while. Had to open the shade for enough light because the lamps were not enough for the entire room

Das Hotel machten insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Lage war sehr gut und das Haus und das Umfeld waren sehr sauber
Insgesamt würde ich das Haus empfehlen..

Cons:

Im Gegensatz zum Gesamteindruck hat uns das Frühstück nicht so überzeugt, da hatten wir in den letzten 4 Wochen schon bessere.

Very nice motel and it was a very good price.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, as was the room.

Cons:

The bar to hold onto in the bathroom shower was loose and the floor was slippery so made showering difficult.
