The front desk representative, Haidi was very helpful, friendly and a great customer service representative. I’m very appreciative of the service I received from Haidi. Because of her set I definitely will go back to this hotel again whenever I go to New York.

Nothing Except the location.

Cons:

The Hotel was not value for money. I paid $500 for 3 nights. Rooms were very small and there was no space at all expect the space for bed. And the amenities were next to nothing. Really disappointed. Pictures showed were very different from the actual.
