Ok. Not having a dark bedroom was probably worst issue.
Pros:

Nice facility, Clean room.

Cons:

Only one blind on window, No curtains. Bedroom extremely light because gaps between curtains and window.
Needed codes for parking, building and room entry. None (save room) were backlit or lit. Very difficult to see and enter.
Only automated responses to calls for service. Calls generated tickets that could be edited but not canceled. Set off smoke detector with toaster and had no way to reach anyone immediately. Fortunately, it was 8:30PM, not later, after a few minutes a staff member arrived and shut it off. Frustrating not being able to contact a real person.
Ice maker was not on so had no ice first night. Staff member turned it on but said they left it turned off so it didn't overflow. Not optimal.
Wifi was offline first morning and 3rd night.

This is a wonderful option for staying in The Bywater area.

convienient location to the french quarter, safe and secure, interesting property,
Pros:

the staff was very helpful and courteous. the property was very interesting, our suite was clean and very updated.

Cons:

the multiple entry codes were confusing. some other guests had less than desirable habits. the bed was not what i prefer but ..........

Pros:

beautiful setting, nice area, very clean. Owner was very nice.

Cons:

Fee for everything. ( If you want to check in early, parking etc.) When you look it up says parking for 15 dollars a day but you are charged 30 a day.

Pros:

L'endroit est calme. La chambre est propre, les employés sont au top, accueillants, souriants. L'appartement est assez grand, équipé en plus de machine à laver et sèche linge. Rien à redire.

Cons:

Un peu loin du quartier français à pied. Mais 15 min en Uber.

The staff went above and beyond every time we asked a question or needed anything at all I think that’s what makes this

The staff was amazing!!!!!

Cons:

Some of the instructions to get to your room after certain hours was a little confusing. And when cleaning, I think this cleaning crew just needs to pay more attention to the walls the doors and similar areas.
