Pros:

It was clean and staff was friendly

Cons:

Our car and other cars had busted windows because we parked on the street in front of the hotel instead of paying $200 to park on their premises

Pros:

Whirlpool super, Personal sehr freundlich, gute Tipps gegeben für die Fahrten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Ausstattung der Küche sehr minimalistisch- kochen war nicht möglich, trotz hoch modernem Herd, Pfanne hat den Rauchmelder ausgelöst, keine Schüssel, kein Brett, aber Trockner und Waschmaschine im Zimmer, wurde täglich benutzt, da es keinerlei Möglichkeit gab, nasse Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Matratze war kleiner als das Bettgestell, war sehr schlecht und die Betten super weich-wir haben schlecht geschlafen. Umgebung naja- Wohngebiet und etwas finster, aber mit dem Bus Nummer 8 war man schnell im French Quarter

The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming.
Pros:

I had an emergency situation happen to me while on vacation. The staff took care of my every need while I was in trouble, going above and beyond to make sure I was okay.
