Not good
Pros:

Comfy room and nice view

Cons:

Rude staff
Had my room cleaned three times in 2 weeks
Accused of smoking when I wasn’t and no
Apology when I clearly wasn’t,
I struggled out with my suitcases and no one helped me with the door. Often went to get a coffee and the coffee was out too. Not staying here ever again

Reasonable stay out of Manhattan (but close)
Pros:

Big rooms, good location and good value for money considering new york prices

Cons:

Bad maintenance: uncomfortable bed, elevators were many times out of service (meaning big queues to go up and down). One day we didn't have breakfast because they didn't receive the food, but we didn't receive any alternative solution or compensation

Well located. Do not expect too much.
Pros:

It is near Manhattan. Clean and tidy

Cons:

They do not clean the room every day. You have to request it every day. The breakfast became poorer every day we stayed

Tudo maravilhoso!!! Amamos muito a experiência. Conforto, espaço, resolução de alguns pormenores que ocorreram!! Excepcional!! Ainda tinha uma pipoca no fim da tarde e chocolate quente. Café da manhã muito bom também.

Kleinigkeiten, wie Popcornmaschine, heißes Wasser für Tee oder Kaffee zum selbst nehmen. Waschmaschine und Trockner für kleines Geld nutzbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mehr eine Futterstelle. Abwechslung wenig, aber etwas im Magen ist ganz gut. Haben nicht jeden Tag es wahrgenommen. Die Gäste haben sich zusätzlich für den Tag eingedeckt. Vielleicht Standart in den Staaten. Viel Plastik….

Séjour correct et pratique
Pros:

Chambre fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Salle de bain pratique.
Formalités de Check-in et Check-Out rapides.
Services de streaming disponibles sur la télé à condition d’avoir ses propres comptes.

Cons:

On y a très bien dormi mais il faut savoir que l’hôtel donne sur une centrale électrique d’un côté ce qui génère un bruit de fond continu.
Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas et l’espacé pour poser la vaisselle lavée à la main était restreint. Lorsqu’on l’a signalé à la réception un soir, ils n’ont pas pris note et on nous a dit de prévenir l’équipe du lendemain matin sauf que le matin il y a beaucoup d’attente parfois.
Le petit déjeuner est souvent très fréquentée et il y a parfois une longue attente aux différents stands. Bon mais peu varié.
