Osage Casino Hotel - Bartlesville

Hot tub, firepit and balcony lounge were great amenities. Scissortail was convenient for in-house dining. Liked that the rooms smoke-free and away from casino. Quick easy drive into town where there was unique dining and shopping.

Room was one of the nicest we have ever been in. Looked clean and felt clean. No noisy room heater/AC.

The room was way too cold. If you're not goung to allow guests to adjust the thermostat then it shouldn't take 3 attempts to get staff to adjust it. The room finally started warmung up after my third time asking for assistance.

It was great, but I asked for 2 beds & had one king and they couldn’t change it

I accidentally made the reservation for the day before we needed the room. We had been traveling for a week. I called the hotel to see if they could work with us and move our reservation. They would not help and would nor issue a partial refund. Their customer service is AWFUL!
