Nice, clean, comfortable and safe stay!
Pros:

We usually stay near the Oakland Airport before flying back home. This time we chose Concord. It’s further from the airport but much nicer. Found a great Mexican restaurant for dinner close by. Very comfortable stay.

Good location for a business trip to Concord. Quality of accommodation was above average.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, for a free amenity, though on the morning I departed, most of the offerings were gone by 9:30 am.

Cons:

A good in-house restaurant would have been great!

Very new and clean.
Pros:

Newly remodeled. Very clean. Nice to have mini fridge and microwave in room.

Cons:

Location is in the middle of an intersection with nothing close by. Not walkable. Need a car here.

Excellent customer service and care.
Pros:

We stay here at least twice a year. It’s always very clean with excellent service and employees.

Cons:

The only concern we had with this stay is it appears the beds structure was compromised. It was quite soft and my fiancé seemed to sink down a little bit more into the bed and he was quite uncomfortable. He needs a firmer mattress. And pass stays we didn’t have that problem. He’s 61 and 220 so he’s not an unusual size man.

I had an excellent stay!
Pros:

I love this place. I come here to visit my family. Im going to book again in a couple of weeks. The staff is great.
