OVERALL TYHE STAY WAS GOOD .
Pros:

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN NICELY RENOVATED RECENTLY . THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD

Cons:

THE MOTEL BUILDING EXTERIOR WAS VERY DARK AND NOT VERY INVITING WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED.WE GOT OVER IT. I GUESS WE WERE LOOKING FOR A MORE "WELCOME" FACADE
'COULD HAVE HAD A BETTER SMALL TABLE AND [2] SMALL CHAIRS - THE ONES IN THE ROOM WERE ADEQUATE FOR A SHORT SIT !

Quiet and relaxing get away
Pros:

We stayed for two nights while visiting Painted Pony Rodeo and Lake George. Location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beach was a little smaller than expected but still quiet and relaxing. They have paddle boats and kayaks, which were nice to take out on the Lake. They also have a community fire pit and grills.

We can’t wait to go back, it was so beautiful, peaceful and just a wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

Had so much to do on the property, we went out on the boats, made s’mores at the campfire, kids loved it! Absolutely adorable place. We will definitely be back next year. In fact we decided that it will be our new annual Father’s Day getaway destination! We absolutely LOVED it there! Thank you!

Perfect place to stay so that we were near the wedding venue
Pros:

Location was perfect,we were in the area for a wedding,just wanted a place for overnight close to the venue so we didn't have to travel far.They were very pleasant over the phone,a nice little beach area on the lake,enjoyed coffee on the porch area before our departure,great Keurig blends.Very clean,updated fixtures,bathroom small but nicely equipped,beds comfortable,again just there basically overnight,would stay there again if ever needed

Cons:

Nothing that deterred our stay,the water took a while to warm up,again didn't impact us
