Newer facility, staff was professional.
$50 per night undisclosed (in reservation ) cleaning fee (they don't actually clean though unless you're there a week or longer.) They supplied only 1 shampoo and body bar for 3 people for 2 days. Only 1 cart for luggage for the entire property and they don't secure it well, so it disappeared while we were there. Neighborhood was a high crime rate area. Main light was apparently movement triggered in the morning so it would turn on randomly beginning in the early morning.
Size e of the room
Needs curtains and not just blinds. It was too bright at 530 am and I wasnt ready to get up. And you need to provide a blanket and not just sheets
I LOVED the staff there. They heavily advocated for me and practically let me stay there for free since Booking.com never paid the hotel for my stay. 🙃 They stood with me for 3 hours on Booking.com's customer service tree and even let me stay in my room without receiving payment and escalated the issue to Corporate for me!
Booking.com! I had heard a lot of good things about this third party and since this was my first hotel booking experience, I wanted to rely on a third party to handle the reservation for me. Booking.com isn't the company for that!
.
Poorly managed
Not much
I was charged for a pet fee when it was included on the booking site. There was no pool or free breakfast and it smelt terrible in the lobby.
The price
The bed reminded me of sleeping on a used rollout bed from the antique house and printed fabric couches from the 1970s as a kid. I will say at least they didn’t have the crunchy critters and they’re like a rollout that did.
Location, cleanliness
The room was clean
The lady who checked me was clueless. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while she doodled in a notebook. She asked me stupid questions. The BED was not good
The price was good and the beds were comfortable.
The stay would have been better if the laundry room had been operational and there had been pans/dishes in the kitchen area for actual cooking.
Not a thing
I made a reservation online and got there.... only to be told the hotel could not honor my reservation. I had to find other means to stay overnight. VERY Disappointed.
One of the front desk ladies was very nice.
They held on to my deposit for a month
