Pros:

No breakfast offered here. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel sits back off the main road, with a tiny sign marking the entrance driveway. We drove past the entrance twice, before we spotted the little sign.

IT WAS HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The staff was horrible from the young lady at the front counter to the Assistant Manager. The only two who were helpful was the man who was willing to fix the tv and the young housekeeper from an outside source.

Cons:

There is a long list- rude customer service, the power in the room kept powering off, the tv didn’t work, front desk girl again being rude, went from a two bed to single bed, sketchy people in the building, asked for a set of towels and was told no by the assistant manager, took over 440 dollars out of my mom’s bank account and refused to refund it.

Pros:

The hotel had recently been renovated and was clean

Cons:

The clerk at the desk was so rude to me regarding my service pet, first telling me about "waiving the fee but requires me to fill out documents". Then my room didn't have an operating AC unit. I was walking up to the desk to discuss it and she rolled her eyes when she saw it was me. Then she did transfer me to different room but said that if the room didn't have its own control unit then I should know they couldn't do anything. She was so rude that when I discovered the room didn't have a coffee maker we had to ask for one I certainly wasn't going to try interact again with her.

Also the room had two bath towels and two washcloths. No hand towels. One bar of soap with no soap dish for the counter. Two people staying in the room and no hand towels.

Piss poor
Cons:

- Though the building seemed relatively new (a few years) the inside was runned down and not maintained.
- VERY POOR to actually no street signs. Just a small road sign showing the address “3903” low by the side of the room
- dent in the bathroom door
- no towel bar to hang my towel.
- poor putty patch and what looked like mold in the shower
- slats in the blinds either broken off, bent, or missing.
- no curtains

Price was much too high for what we received.
Pros:

Newer hotel. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Floor needed to be swept. No coffee in the room or hotel. Bedding was dirty in the pullout bed of the couch. No hand towels in the bathroom and no soap. No hair dryer. Luggage rack would have been nice and usually standard in hotel rooms. We had to put suitcases on the ground. The seat of the only chair was dirty.

Cleaning fees without service, bad neighborhood
Pros:

Newer facility, staff was professional.

Cons:

$50 per night undisclosed (in reservation ) cleaning fee (they don't actually clean though unless you're there a week or longer.) They supplied only 1 shampoo and body bar for 3 people for 2 days. Only 1 cart for luggage for the entire property and they don't secure it well, so it disappeared while we were there. Neighborhood was a high crime rate area. Main light was apparently movement triggered in the morning so it would turn on randomly beginning in the early morning.

I think the overall of the property was well maintained
Pros:

Size e of the room

Cons:

Needs curtains and not just blinds. It was too bright at 530 am and I wasnt ready to get up. And you need to provide a blanket and not just sheets
