Pros:

The inside pool and the hot tub.

Cons:

The lady worker made us feel so unwelcome. She said if we had more than 4 people in the pool that security would escort us off the property. Later we met a lady that had 10 kids in the pool and she was never put out. The lady was so rude. Maybe even racist. Will never go there again.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious, and the bed was relatively comfortable. The receptionist was friendly.

Cons:

The floor was absolutely filthy — disgusting. There was a strong smell of dog food around the bed, and there was also a bad smell coming from the air conditioning, so we had to turn it off. It also seemed like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while

Fine for overnight stay to fly out the next morning.
Pros:

Lobby was beautiful. We needed maintenance to unclog the drain and they came immediately.

Cons:

There was a whole in the wall, the room was dated and the parking lot was sketchy.

Our room didn’t have a microwave only one downstairs for everyone to use and only one elevator worked and didn’t have much breakfast

Our stay wasn’t bad, the hotel itself needs updating.
Pros:

The Lobby is beautiful.. the bed was .

Cons:

Everything else from the elevators to the room needs updating. Our first room was extremely HOT, however they accommodated us and changed our room which was a little better. And the pool was dirty and needed cleaning… The elevators looked as if they would get stuck.

Rough neighborhood.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the lobby is very nice.

Cons:

It seems to be located in a very unsafe area. The parking lot is gated however they leave the gate doors open so it doesn’t really help.
The rooms and hallways were dirty and need maintenance.
