Pros:

The breakfast was great. The gym was nice. The room was nice. Most of the staff was very professional and helpful

Cons:

One staff member-i thing he was a custodian manager maybe... he needs to learn management skills and how to talk to his staff. He talked down to them like dogs.

A nightmare

Pretty and location

Cons:

No water for almost 24 hours. So….no shower, no flushing, no washing hands, no in room coffee maker, no in room microwave, some sales lady was very snippy at the front desk when I did complain about these things. No manager on duty, when the manager did get there she assured me I would be moved to another facility by shuttle and stay would be compensated. I left for the hospital and when I came back to the room around noon she had changed her story and could not comp my room or refund me in anyway but the water was on. I was exhausted from traveling behind an ambulance all night with my husband and staying up all night at Sacred Heart hospital. I just went upstairs and went to bed. I was too tired to discuss it.

Very nice hotel, but the dirty floors could be a deal breaker next time.
Pros:

The location to PCC was excellent for us. The breakfast was fantastic! Beautiful hotel!

Cons:

Our room had the dirtiest floors of any hotel I've ever stayed in! We requested to have the floors swept and mopped again, and it helped, but would still turn your socks or feet black!
