Pros:

The view from the hotel room was beautiful and within walking distance to a lot of shops and food

Cons:

The blankets given were very itchy and there was only one comforter for the 2 queen beds in our room

Unpleasant stay
Pros:

After I had told the front desk of the problems I had faced during my time there they were good with following up after i left for a solution.

Cons:

Unfortunately. the room was dirty upon arrival. There was hair and water spots in the bathroom, the floor was not vacuumed thoroughly there was papers lying behind the curtains, there was no remote control for the tv and no additional lock on the door. Also, the main lock on the door didnt work properly. The walls were paper thin and I heard everything from the hallway and the room next door to me. I was there on business so I had attempted to fall asleep early but was awaken twice, once by a woman who seemed to be locked out of her room complaining that she will leave the establishment because she was unable to get back into her room and the second time by my neighbors who were super loud, blasting their tv speaking loudly (they were probably drunk) then hearing them snore loudly through the paper thin walls. Unfortunately this stay ruined my business trip as i was not well rested from the above mentioned. When I had called the front desk to resolve the issue, whomever was manning the desk at 2AM laughed at me and said there was nothing he could do. I was very upset by this behavior of the front desk as well, unable to alleviate a situation on a weekday this early in the morning. I will not be staying at this establishment again in St. Petersburg. Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have had and I have been to many.

Great walkable location
Pros:

Beautiful view great location very walkable. Everyone was extremely friendly.

Cons:

Paid parking is odd because it's clear that other people live full-time in the building. So there is not enough parking.

Overall pleasant, not sure if I would stay there again.
Pros:

Nicely designed hotel(old hotel that looks redesigned). Extremely nice staff! Comfortable beds. Quiet, not much traffic.

Cons:

It was a nice hotel, room was small with worn looking blankets on the bed that were used as the comforter. The room had a slight odor (mixture of sewage, cigar and poop). If you have a truck, it cannot be parked in the garage, spaces are too small. Must find a space on the street. (After 8p, it’s free parking on the street) Room would reach a certain temp of warmth and then it seemed like the AC kicked in and the thermostat had to be turned up.

Cons:

No gym, no microwave in room, too small refrigerator. Water not hot enough in shower. Not worth the money

The breakfast, was told it was from 7-11. Waited an hour for what looked like they were scraping the bottom of the pan for eggs.
