Pros:

The coffee shop was great and a cute accent to the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom shower was not clean and appeared to have mold. The front desk was very short staffed, but apologetic and kind when we were able to connect with them.

Would consider staying again for location but would like a little more polish for the cost.

Great location! Quiet, but near to lots of dining, shopping and activities.

Cons:

Struggled with getting basics like towels and toilet paper; water went out a couple times one morning during a shower and it wasn’t clear if it was maintenance or some kind of outage. A few things were broken in the room like the deadbolt for the door, shower leaked and was awfully slippery.

After initial delay our stay was perfect
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff were very helpful, room was perfect

Cons:

We arrived at 3.30 after 84 mile bike ride and our room wasn’t available til 5pm.. receptionist was very helpful but it was a long wait

Not worth it - very basic hotel, will not be returning.

The location of the hotel and coffee shop downstairs was great.

Cons:

Our room was not clean - dirty floors, hair in the shower, and the very few simple amenities in the room (soap, tissues, towels) were either dollar store basic or non-existent. For what we paid to stay here for one night, I expected a little more care and potentially a bath towel that was large enough to cover my body. My husband asked if the front desk had ibuprofen and they told him to walk to CVS. This is by no means a luxury hotel.

It was nice and quite, staff were great and the location perfect, ill stay again.
Pros:

I only eat small for breakfast so it was absolutely perfect for me.

Cons:

I always like a swim or a workout, so gym or pool would have been good, but no complaint really.

No face soap. No amenities. We had to plug in clock and phone charging couch. Fridge didn't work and is slightly cool. Not good enough for food storage. No internet first night. Coffee maker dirty and useless. Small dirty ice bucket no liner. Couldn't get ice. Not enough towels.

Pros:

The location and the view are perfect

Cons:

The room was noticeably dirty when I checked in, with dusty surfaces. I had to go to the reception to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. The rug on the floor was stained and clearly not vacuumed. The wall was broken at the corner. The shower was leaking water outside the enclosure, causing a puddle on the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet lid was loose and wobbled with any pressure, and parking was a real nightmare.
