Better than expected and what some other reviews indicate. Staff was fantastic - friendly & accommodating. Room was clean, bed & pillows comfortable. They appear to care & stay on top of any issues or repairs that need to be addressed. Only minor negative is the room had a bit of an off putting odor (not smoke) which wouldn't go away.

The old Carpet needs to be replaced. The room had a very musty smell and we wound up continually airing ithe room out and buying a can of Lysol and using about half of it over the two days

we were very happy with how clean and nice the room was. I guess if there was only problem I couldn’t figure out how to work the TV. Not that it’s a big deal, but I turned it on and nothing could come on the TV. Other than that a great facility!

Adorable little place! Clean, comfortable and Cold once the AC was turned on. Loved this cozy place even though a little pricey for the middle of nowhere! Definitely would stay again if the GPS can get me there! 45 minutes to the beach...Maybe 21 at midnight with no traffic. We loved it though! Beats paying 400 bucks for mildew!

Staff is very nice. The room had a weird smell other then that it was fine.

Very clean and simple

The place was nice and clean and the staff was very courteous. There needs to be though more detailed instructions on how to operate the equipment (i.e. HVAC).
At first, I thought the HVAC in my room was broken and I was freezing. Also, I was missing the bathtub stopper in the bathroom. Otherwise I was satisfied.

It was quiet and clean.

The hotel attendant barely spoke English. He was unable to tell me the correct card number... kept saying card numbers that weren't mine for the reservation.... seemed very sketchy. He called his boss and spoke to him for 5 minutes in another language. I decided to stay somewhere else. He followed me to the car to try to talk me into staying and have me talk to his boss on the phone. I declined. Didn't stay there, still got charged. The smell in the lobby was unbearable, I never made it to the room. Zero stars.
