Cons:

Grundsätzlich wäre es ein schönes Hotel, nur leider haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, in dem die Heizung nicht funktioniert hat. Im Zimmer waren es gefühlt 10 Grad. Nachdem der Techniker da war, wurde es kurzzeitig wärmer. Über Nacht haben wir die Heizung ausgeschaltet. Leider kam dennoch weiterhin aus einem Schacht kalte Luft. Die Lautstärke dieser Lüftung machte das Schlafen neben der Kälte noch unmöglicher.
Laut Beschreibung ist Frühstück inbegriffen. Dem ist nicht so.

The breakfast was appalling and the sit down area to eat was the lounge area and a plastic spoon to eat an omelette!!! Come on a big chain like that can do better ! Staff rude on exit ! Won’t go again

Had a wonderful girls weekend. Hotel was amazing.
Pros:

Location is perfect- close to downtown and the Kay Uaeger Coliseum. No traffic noise. Beautiful hotel with nice restaurant and bar.

Cons:

The only thing that would have made it better is if it had all been complimentary!!!!!

Pros:

Beautiful, spacious design, well kept. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are very nice, very comfortable beds and pillows.
