Pros:

Staff was helpful and friendly, the room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Large hotel with many amenities and restaurants and bars. Next door to FIFA and many other events happening this summer.

Cons:

Not being able to call and request my car in advance.

This hotel is amazing, great staff, very diverse. Wonderful amenities to include restaurants and shops.

Cons:

no hand soap for bathroom sinks in rooms, mandatory valet parking at $65

Best hotel I’ve stayed at !
Pros:

Absolutely loved every single thing about this hotel!! Unfortunately when we first arrived the room A/C didn’t work ( we were the only ones ) but immediately they upgraded our room! Loved it! Nothing bad to say at all! 1000/10!
