Very spacious rooms, bed were comfy and the room smelled very good. I love this hotel and will be back!

The property inside was very pretty, freshly upgraded, smelled amazing in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable, also very spacious.

A nightmare.
Pros:

They made me take my service dog away they put her out and I asked before I checked in and they said it was fine and when the General Manager name Holly Brasure came into work she was very rude and made me take my services animal away. I will never stay in a Merriott again

Visually promising but disappointing experience.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. All appliances worked as expected.

Cons:

The staff are dishonest and deny accountability, even for simple mistakes. Phone went unanswered after multiple attempts. Checked out at 1pm without our consent or knowledge after being promised late checkout at 4pm.
