very good stay
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, need more fruit varieties. Kitchen help was excellent, she made sure everything was well stocked.

Cons:

A bit pricey for an average hotel, wish there were closets for hanging up clothing

It was very good.
Pros:

Everything was nice and clean. Location was great. Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

I would’ve liked a microwave in the room and a bit more storage room.

Comfortable beds, unattractive room, insufficient storage space, and non-functioning elevators,
Pros:

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room felt like a dormitory room because it was very narrow and decorated for young adults with unattractive splashy prints. Felt crowded. It had no closet. The window shade let in too much light in the morning. Both elevators were not functioning for awhile which meant we had to walk up and down to the fourth floor. Not good when one is carrying luggage

Pros:

Poor, lacking many items found in other hotels. No 1/2-1/2 creamers, toasting option for bagels of poor quality. No microwave in room, no coffee maker in room. Small rooms. TV lacking.

Cons:

See above, typed in wrong area. Overall disappointed and dissatisfied with total package. Hilton is supposed to be of a better quality and standard than lower priced hotels. It was NOT!!!

Tru by Hilton of Wake Forest
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming. The check-in process was streamlined. I received my HH goodie bag with Smartpop and a bottle of water. Breakfast was as expected and organized. I loved that the coffee was readily available. I also appreciate the safety of having to use your room key for the elevator to function.

Cons:

The $50 incidentals deposit that was required. I didn't know about that.
