Pros:

Very clean and quiet

Cons:

We were supposed to have a sleeper sofa and it turned out to only be a sofa. Chose that room for 3 beds but only had 2.

Great location, staff was wonderful. Bianca and your local( Regulars crew)Nora, Beth, and Marcus in the hotel Ward One bar are a great bunch. Much enjoyed company

Cons:

I had to walk down to the front desk in the morning, at which time I added another night to stay, to request housekeeping. We still hadn't received service.Until I made a second trip downstairs to the front desk and it was late afternoon before services were completed. A little disappointing for the amount of money I paid the the stay. The beds were not comfortable for our liking,which made sleep and rest hard but may be comfortable for someone else. The room was still a great place to stay
