Sonder Cirrus

I had a confirmed booking at this hotel for a two-week stay and was shocked to receive a cancellation just four days before my flight. No explanation was given, and no alternative accommodation was offered.

This last-minute cancellation caused significant stress and disrupted my entire travel plans. I had carefully chosen this hotel in advance, and the complete lack of communication or accountability was unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against booking here – reliability and basic customer service seem to be seriously lacking.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were able to accommodate us with an early check in and late check out on a short notice. They were all extremely pleasant even when they were extremely busy with several customers. I would recommended this location to anyone. Will be coming back.

super quiet area, clean & spacious room. super comfortable bed! super easy to find and in a good area to find things to do. lots of storage space. entire closet which is nice. microwave, which is helpful for long stays. easy access! clear instructions.

i love how clean/beautiful it was & the patio was the cutest ever!! really great stay very comfortable everything was tech savvy didn’t even have to go to the front desk for anything. they also provide you with pools towels at the pool which i found GREAT !!!

Good Points;

For the price we paid this is great value for money, large clean rooms & bathroom. Kettle, Fridge & Microwave.

Bad Points;

The lighting in the room is far too dim, its like visiting Hollister all day. No.patking fees

Air conditioning unit in room was far too noisy.

I travel to Florida 3 to 4 times a year. This has been so far the best hotel in the Kissimmee area. My first time staying here was in 2023 from there it just keeps getting better every time we come back they add something new to improve the experience.

Excellent accomodations, lots of parking space, very accesible buildings. Inside the room there was a microwave, a mini fridge, a coffee maker with kcups enough to last for the entire stay. Many additional stuff around such as the pool and family games as well as hammocks. Highly recommend it.

Room was very spacious. In walking distance to alot of shops and places to eat. It was a great hotel.

I loved that it was a fully contact-less check in and check out! Everything was pretty nice, I would say they need to do more than a surface clean in between guest's stays. The mirrors were filthy with black dots all over them that could only be seen when it was dark or only a lamp was on.. I didn't complain while I was there because it really wasn't a huge deal to me. The blankets, sheets, and towels were clean and it was very spacious. We arrived around 3:30AM after countless flight delays and didn't inspect the room fully before crashing because we had to be back up in 3 hours. But honestly.. I'd definitely stay here again and suggest Sonder to others! At least this location.

Sonder Cirrus is in a great location with plenty of places to eat. It is located near many area attractions. The kids had fun playing the outdoor games. The hotel wasn't the attraction for us as we were busy during our stay with a number of events. Would recommend.

Clean, great amenities and free parking. Good for the Disney parks. The price is unbeatable for the quality of the rooms.

Great Place to stay Near Disney World

We loved everything about our stay! Only disappointing thing was that it looked like there was a bar by the pool, that wasn’t open! Sonder never disappoints!
