The beds suck
Pros:

The location was awesome and the staff was amazing and it was very clean.

Cons:

The beds suck big time. The bed frame was squeaky and loud. I tossed and turned and woke up with a sore lower back..

Has potential but missed the mark
Pros:

The rooms are very nice and in great condition, with a mini kitchen.

Cons:

The mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows are measly, and the bathroom door squeaks like a midevil castle door. There was no blow dryer in the room and no coffee maker. Oddly there's a mini kitchen with a burner, refrigerator, and microwave but NO cookware. There wasn't even a glass for water. Also, this place sorted on booking.com as offering breakfast but they do not and only offer coffee at the front desk.

The beds sucked, not soft enough for me, the sheets were rough feeling and I didn’t sleep well

Good location but need improvement in mattresses and to have privacy in the rooms.
Pros:

Close to I-10

Cons:

You can hear anything outside of the room. You can hear the next to your room conversation. The mattress was old and not comfortable.
