Convinient, very nice hotel and good value
Pros:

Great value: clean, modern, good breakfast at a very reasonable price. It was optimal location for us. Very close to Kalahari waterpark (12 mins); 25 mins away from Cascade.

Cons:

We had 2 queens room with sofa bed. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

Brand new hotel, very clean, good breakfast
Pros:

Brand new, very clean, nice breakfast. I loved the pool and hot tub that goes outside. Very nice and professional personel. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Only thing that stood out was the ac/heating unit run all night long making the room little noisy. Otherwise great location. Very clean and nice property.

Would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others
Pros:

Location was fine.

Cons:

Rude staff at check-in. We were early for check-in, were told to come back in 30 min., when we came back in 30 min the associate who assisted us made zero effort to try to get us checked in and, in our room, we were forced to wait in the lobby. Also, the piles of soiled linen in the hallways were very off-putting.

way too noisey ...room to room and street noise(traffic)...could hear people talking walking to/from car to doorway of hotel.

Not up to par like it usually is.
Pros:

Location was fine. Breakfast was average.

Cons:

Our room was not as clean as it could have been. Carpet was dirty, edges and corners. The bathroom floor was filthy.

The housekeeping issue is something that would make me not return to the establishment
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Hotel was very clean and quiet.

Cons:

housekeeping was HORRIBLE. I understand the hotel is trying to save money by limiting housekeeping, but it’s completely unacceptable to have overflowing garbage run out of shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper tissues, and have a mound of dirty towels sitting around for three days. At a hotel I shouldn’t have to take out my own garbage and laundry.

Over priced
Pros:

Room was very clean!

. I did request anything other than the 1st floor and that was accommodated. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Next to the highway, filters in the ac were dirty. No fan available

Overall , very nice. Could use a better cleaning. Some better cleaning in rooms and elavators.
