Clean rooms, friendly staff, a/c was cold! Has indoor heated pool. Microwave, fridge hairdry. They have good body soap, shampoo & conditioner in the big bathtubs. It was a nice place would stay there again. Room was $68 plus tax pet friendly ($15 per pet)
The room was super clean. The check in so easy but a/c was so noise so make a little hard sleep
Friday night was horrible. The people in the room next to us were yelling and screaming at each other all night. It was a domestic all night. Walls are thin could hear them cussing back n forth
Very nice and quiet
Room small but neat/clean.
Great casino amenities!
We received vouchers for free food at the Casino, as well as free shuttle.
The place and staff were great
There was trash everywhere in the area. No security guards were present and the noise woke me up three times in the little time I was there.
The staff was awesome. and the property was pretty mangy. The noise woke me up twice
Love it
We stayed at the hotel that is not attached to the casino. We were so impressed with this hotel. I would highly recommend it to everyone. We took the free shuttle to the casino which was also just as clean. Everyone was so polite and friendly to us and our service dog. Definitely will be back.
PROS: EXCELLENT staff, easy check-in (thank you to Keisha, remarkable customer service and lovely person- who also took the time to figure out which dispenser held which product in the shower for me… as another reviewer noted they were not labeled); parking was close and easy; room was very clean, quiet, functional and in good condition; easy to access from interstate (see cons); hotel offered vouchers for free food and casino play at Sugar Creek Casino just down the road, which was a worthwhile bonus; shower temp stayed consistent; a/c unit worked well and quietly.
CONS: Confusing driveway through Love’s gas station to get to hotel; room was extremely humid, floor and bedsheets felt damp and a/c didn’t seem to be able to remove moisture from room (it actually felt drier outside in the Oklahoma summer sticky); mattress was soft and felt somewhat cheap but not too bad; no breakfast offered at hotel, not much nearby but plenty to choose from in OKC or Weatherford nearby; pool was closed, for those that might want to swim.
Overall, though, a pleasant and fun stay- would stay again.
Side door and elevator not working.
The room was nice and clean.
Shower head needs replaced and shampoo and soap dispensers need labeling.
*****
Because they are building a brand new hotel next to the casino which it is not open yet so it was very difficult to find the old hotel about a half mile away on the other side of the Love's truck stop. So this review would be for the old hotel which was very old and dated. There were stains all over the carpets in the hallways.
Room was okay but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean and seems freshly remodeled however the room not so much. The room is so crammed together there's very little walkway to do anything.
However staff was very friendly. the woman at the casino was very helpful directing us over to where the old hotel was and apologized for the confusion. And the woman at the front desk of the older hotel was very friendly and helpful.
Room was small. Faucet handle in shower felt loose. Side door to outside the door handle was broken, missing a screw. I told a maintenance worker the first day I was out walking my dog. He said he’d fix it, still broken the following day.
They didn't have not breakfast offer even though it stated that they offer a full Continental breakfast and bed were just normal for the price, but rooms feels like they're falling apart and a lot of things don't work properly including AC unit
I wish it would have had breakfast of some kind
