All in all it was a great stay ~ especially after driving for 13+ hours!

Clean rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

I did not like getting charged a $100 per room incidental charge. Then I have to wait 5-7 days for that charge to be refunded. This is a cheap Best Western. Nothing in the room was worth $100. Also, the pillows are TERRIBLE! They are small cheap and provide no support. I needed 3 cheap, clean rooms. That's what I got. I could even understand providing my card for incidental damages I guess? But there is no reason to charge my card preemptively

Great last min hotel to crash on a very long trip.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and keep stocked. We had a service dog with us. Beds were ok, recently renovated.

Cons:

Room was very humid.

It was really great. Especially for the price
Pros:

My friend’s phone fell down the elevator shaft and we managed to get it back in the morning. The staff was really friendly and quick to retrieve it.

Cons:

The roads are crazy around the hotel but not the fault of best western.
