Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Many guests praised clean rooms, hardwood floors and attentive housekeeping, but several reports of issues (urine smell/puddle in a bathroom, unvacuumed floors, dried splatter, pool reported as not clean) lower this score.
Service
10
Numerous reviews describe staff as very friendly, polite, attentive and going beyond the call of duty; a few isolated negative interactions do not outweigh the strong positive consensus.
Location
9.5
Multiple mentions of convenient location (easy access to mall, gas stations, banks, restaurants) and generally positive location sentiment from reviewers.
Room Quality
8
Rooms often described as comfortable, inviting, with comfy beds and pleasant temperature; isolated problems include AC noise/rattle, smoke odor in one room and shower curtain/bathroom water control issues.
Amenities
7.5
Pool temperature and ability to exercise praised, breakfast setup noted positively, but issues reported with pool cleanliness, missing/inaccessible Keurig pods, TV/DirecTV and microwave unplugged, and Wi‑Fi not supporting streaming lowered this score.
Value for Money
7
Most guests felt the stay was worthwhile, but at least one strong comment about the hotel being overpriced and some amenity problems reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly described as good, hot and well kept; coffee praised and guests appreciated the continental offerings.
Overall Experience
9.5
Predominantly very positive experiences and recommendations across reviews (would stay again / recommended), with a few notable negative incidents that are outweighed by the many positive stays.

It was way too over priced to be treated that way.
Pros:

the convenience.

Cons:

Our rooms tv didn’t work for channels we had to plus in our playstation and with that the wifi isn’t compatible to use it for streaming services. I had to use my hotspot. Cleaning crew was coming in even with a do not disturb sign out. Then didn’t come back after being asked.

Great place to stay on a road trip.
Pros:

The hotel was great. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and the staff kept it very clean. The hotel has a nice smell to it when you walked in and the room was clean and comfortable. It was nice and cool from the moment we walked into the room and didn't have that "wet" feel.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like about the property.
