It was okay.
Pros:

location and staff

Cons:

Room smelled of smoke, advertised keurig was not in room but pods were.
DirecTV and microwave were unplugged, had to plug in by crawling on floor and behind built in furniture.

. Discovered floors were not well vacuumed during that exercise as discovered a piece of a tomato on the floor by baseboard under the desk.. There was dried splatter on the backboard of the desk. and panel beside bed.

Awful.
Cons:

The air conditioner was loud and rattled all night. The bathroom smelled of urine and there was a puddle on the floor. When checking out, the man at the counter would not acknowledge me. I finally left the card keys on the counter and left.

A pretty good stay overall!

Beware if you are not familiar with this hotel
Cons:

The location was not a safe location and not an ideal hotel I would usually book. I came in around 10 pm for one night from Texas before I would finish the remainder of my drive back here in Florida. There were stains over the bedding and the hotel furniture, masked smoke smell seemingly. I didn't get adequate rest which was the purpose for booking. I was completely uncomfortable, however, too tired to raise the issue. I didn't wanna shower or touch anything. I can see why they use the AI picture of Best Western on the booking site to appear as a decent hotel in a safe location. Money wasted. Also I had 4 people in my reservation and inside the room only 3 big towels and 2 wash clothes and when I went to staff the following morning and asked for more, I was questioned "Were there not towels in the room?" How rude 🤬 as if I wanted to use them in the first place. They were stained and poorly washed.

All in all it was a great stay ~ especially after driving for 13+ hours!
