Staff were very welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable.
The beds were slightly more comfortable than expected.
We were initially put in a room upstairs and far away from the door when I called ahead of time and requested the room be downstairs and close to the door because I am disabled. They changed our room, however we were put right next to housekeeping and the washing machines sounded like a freight train hauling jackhammers ALL DAY LONG. Also had a neighbor who left her dog alone every day and it barked and howled all day. And the day after checking out they called me asking about comforters on the bed missing, when both beds only had 3 pillows a sheet and a thin summer quilt. And I even got a broom and dust pan from house keeping and swept the floor too. Disgusted with the whole situation. And housekeepers were right there talking to us the whole time we were packing and leaving.
Check in and out was easy. Front service was very professional and polite
No hot water for few hours
No breakfast
Noise from outside window and inside most of the night.
The staff was on the plane and willing to help. Coffee was fresh and always available. Suggestions made to newcomers to the area. Main area and rooms are spotless.
Nothing, all good
Location was convenient.
Holes in the furniture, busted 120 volt electrical cover.
It was convenient and the manager was very accommodating.
The parking lot was full of holes. And there is a car parked permanently there with 4 flat tires
Would have loved a microwave in my room. Also, a shuttle once or twice a day to downtown Corning would be amazingly helpful.
The attached restaurant!
The bathroom was clean but could use an update.
Not our first hotel, so we knew what we were getting into. The vending machine and ice machine were "broken", but we didn't even see them or know where they were supposed to be at. That was a little frustrating that we had to go to the gas station across the parking lot.
The smell wasn't great. Towels had stains. Sheet had a stain on it. Curtains were smudged with grease and dirt.
The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful
There was considerable noise in the parking lot with kids on dirt bikes that the front desk handled. However, there were stains on the bedspread, we had dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom as well as a pair of paint covered pants that were left on the floor of the room that belonged to a previous guest
The staff was excellent!
The loud noises outside the room when trying to sleep. Understood that some guests where long term residents with kids, but to be playing outside at almost 10p with loud music around the cars.
Very nice room! The front desk clerk let me check in early which was great since I had been travelling for a while. Really close to Corning and all the shops on Market street. The chargers were super fast too! It only cost around 6$ to charge my car over night (full battery!)
There was some kind of noise in the hallway; it almost sounded like a child throwing a fit. Later in the night it sounded like someone was moving furniture around? I was close to some of the event rooms so it might've been because of that. But it was very manageable and a very nice hotel!
