Cons:

I did not like it because I found roaches and the only room they could have been on the second floor and my mom can not go up stairs because she has to have a walker. I think I should get a discount or a refund.

It's a great operation it's just manager could be a bit more friendly
Pros:

I like the convenience I also like the way the building is operated and the measures the staff goes through to keep property upscale to they best ability

Cons:

I don't like that there isn't any housekeepers and I don't like how owner allows certain things to certain residents everybody should be treated the same if they know that customer is paying they hard earned money also I don't like how they don't hire me as housekeeper
