Not as good as the first time
Pros:

Kind staff, informative and helpful.

Cons:

Toilet didn't work, had to pay $10 if you need more towels or wash cloths, counter was dirty, someone else's food was left in the microwave. There were fingernails or toe nails in the bed UNDER the sheets.

This place is a joke.

Absolutely nothing. Very rude people very dirty. See pictures of hallway entering room

First of all we booked a King bed room but the door on room 419 wouldn’t lock, receptionist was very rude about it! We were then forced to take a double queen bed room because all king rooms were “reserved” meaning our reservation from December or January didn’t amount to anything. Asked if we could get a discount due to not being what we reserved we were given an attitude for asking. We were put into room 124 the room was filthy felt like sand in the floor trash was even in hallway when entering the room. Could not even sleep due to the noise I think it finally settled down about 1:30 AM this is probably out of your control but couldn’t figure out who to contact to maybe settle it down I’m pretty sure who ever was above us was fighting. Oh and don’t ask for an extra towel you have to beg because you can only get one per a person in the room. I would like to know who to contact to at least get a partial refund

Location is great.

Cons:

Low to no amenities. No carpet or drapes in room - very noisy. Floors dirty and stained (blood?) No hair dryer, 1 - 2oz bottle of shampoo. Efficiency with no other supplies. No coffee maker? Bed cheap and uncomfortable. Noise from interstate very disturbing - all night long. Was glad to get up and out early. No sleep.

Pros:

The room was large and spacious. The hotel itself smelled bad inside and the hallways and elevators were dirty. The welcoming staff was not very friendly at all.

Not what I expected
Pros:

There was a Starbucks and hobby lobby down the street.

Cons:

The place smelled bad and it wasn't really clean. Our room was by the highway so all I heard all night were trucks and cars passing.

I checked out the same day I checked in. I couldn’t stay there. I was charged one night and at least they credited me
Pros:

It had a kitchen, but if you didn’t bring your own pans and cookware you couldn’t use it.

Cons:

The floors were linoleum and dirty. It felt like I was at a bad camp site with the cheap bed frame and the smell of plug in deodorizer.

Great cost but no efficiency items bring your own
Pros:

Location was perfect for my needs and the cost especially considering I was staying there for three weeks was great and having a refrigerator and being able to cook was beneficial for being there that length of time.

Cons:

You would think with it being an efficiency that it would have the things necessary in an efficiency there was no pots pans plates, tools to cook. None of that and nothing was identified that to get those things at the location. There was an additional cost. It would be helpful to know that prior to having booked.
