El hotel estaba sucio, no dieron toallas nunca, nunca limpiaron nuestro cuarto y la instalaciones estaban sucias

Door didn’t lock from outside room. bugs in room

Toilet did not work, plug my charger in and power went out in the room and it burnt my charger. Only two rags and towels no hair dryer no iron, water would not stay hot a lot of dogs and cats in the rooms and hallways smelled like wet dogs also service was really poor. Would not recommend

Staff was not friendly, it smells horrible in the hotel. The vents has not been cleaned in months.

Up charge of 50 dollars for pet fee

Staff and air quality was poor

It smelled really strongly of smoke. My wife and daughter had asthma attacks in their room. My room had a broken tv remote. We asked for a refund and left early.

Garbage was not removed from the room

The noise from the interstate was terrible. Tractor trailers were hitting the brakes all night.

Toilet didn't work, had to pay $10 if you need more towels or wash cloths, counter was dirty, someone else's food was left in the microwave. There were fingernails or toe nails in the bed UNDER the sheets.

Honestly nothing was bad, though sound does travel here

First of all we booked a King bed room but the door on room 419 wouldn’t lock, receptionist was very rude about it! We were then forced to take a double queen bed room because all king rooms were “reserved” meaning our reservation from December or January didn’t amount to anything. Asked if we could get a discount due to not being what we reserved we were given an attitude for asking. We were put into room 124 the room was filthy felt like sand in the floor trash was even in hallway when entering the room. Could not even sleep due to the noise I think it finally settled down about 1:30 AM this is probably out of your control but couldn’t figure out who to contact to maybe settle it down I’m pretty sure who ever was above us was fighting. Oh and don’t ask for an extra towel you have to beg because you can only get one per a person in the room. I would like to know who to contact to at least get a partial refund

Low to no amenities. No carpet or drapes in room - very noisy. Floors dirty and stained (blood?) No hair dryer, 1 - 2oz bottle of shampoo. Efficiency with no other supplies. No coffee maker? Bed cheap and uncomfortable. Noise from interstate very disturbing - all night long. Was glad to get up and out early. No sleep.
