Terrible service

Owner says “give me deposit “ wasn’t sure if it’s a language barrier but it’s very rude to talk to guests like that. Just a fan for ac and the room smells terrible. Good point was there was a smart tv and shops nearby.

Despite room having no air conditioning and erratic tv reception a decent place in a nice neighborhood

Way to noisy in the daytime. The family that manages the hotel are to loud in the hallway. There is a kid who is constantly crying up and down the hallway. Limited parking. There are roaches in the room.

It's was okay but no inside bathroom or a/C

There was very specific requirements needed in the hotel. This hotel claimed they had them and it was shown online and verified in my email. NOT TRUE! When I arrived, they didn't provide what I had been supposedly guaranteed. TERRIBLE and MISLEADING!!!

El sitio es completamente inaceptable. El señor que lleva el hotel nos trató de malas maneras. El establecimiento dice que cuenta con parking y NO es verdad, tiene tres sitios, que siempre estaban ocupados, y dice que el parking es en la calle. También dice que cuenta con wifi, pero tampoco es verdad, pues dice que no funciona pero no nos da la contraseña para acceder. Tras leer esto podrías pensar que ya es suficientemente malo, pero lo cierto es que lo peor de todo era la suciedad en la habitación, pues había pelos en la cama, mal olor en la habitación y el suelo y todo en general estaba sucísimo. Así mismo, otra de las peores experiencias fue la presencia de insectos (chinches) en la habitación. Nosotros estuvimos 3 noches y matamos 6 insectos, adjuntamos algunas imágenes que corroboran todo esto. Definitivamente recomiendo NO ir a este lugar, fue una experiencia horrible.

Worst experience in my life, rude and racism very obvious. Called police on me and my child causing me to pay double walking around looking for a room on foot and also spending extra in Lyft to get to the location. I would not recommend this property to anyone no running water there’s roaches and the owners of the property are highly disrespectful.

I don’t think you can stay there bad luck I never want to go there again

Roaches,in the bathroom on the bed, even dead roaches they didn't bother to clean.

Hotel needs to be updated one room at a time, dusty old smell, terrible paint etc.

The deluxe room was amazing very much worth the price !

It was a small little place to regroup and get some sleep.
