Ubytovanie bolo krasne, izba velmi pekna cista, pohodlna postel. Na ranajky bol sice maly vyber jedal, ale na americke pomery boli velmi chutne, hlavne omeleta so syrom ☺️ prostredie krasne a lokalita ozaj 10minut od zapadneho vstupu do Yellowstone.

The beds were comfortable and the room looked just like the pics. It seemed clean and the staff were really nice. The hotel is outside of the city but we actually enjoyed being able to drive nearby to a completely dark area to see the stars without the light pollution generated by the city.

Cons:

The AC only cooled down one side of the room and the person sleeping closest to it received the air full blast so it was uncomfortable. Either we were all warm or the person closest to it was uncomfortable.

Le confort de la chambre et l’environnement calme
Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique

Cons:

Séjour de 4 nuits à presque 950€ et déception totale.
Petit déjeuner identique chaque matin basique et non varié.
Insonorisation catastrophique
Au bout de 2 nuits nous avons demandé un service de chambre qui s’est soldé uniquement par un changement de serviettes sans que les poubelles ne soient vidées ni le lit fait ainsi que la salle de bain et les sols ne soient nettoyés.
À part le confort de la chambre et la gentillesse du personnel cet hôtel ne justifie pas son prix.

L acceuil, la gentillesse des personnes, la chambre, l emplacement proche du parc et de la ville de west yellowstone ( 13km) tres jolie petite ville .
Une epicerie, une pizzeria proches.

Cons:

Canalisations bruyantes. Les personnes qui arrivent tardivement prennent douche et utilisent toilettes et c est tres bruyant .
Quand on se leve a 6h pour profiter du parc c est un petit inconvenient .

My stay was significantly impacted by a billing error in which Mountain Vista Hotel placed a hold on my account and then withdrew funds despite my reservation being paid in full. As a result, I lost access to over $1,200 during my vacation, incurred bank fees, and experienced considerable financial stress. The hold and subsequent refund were not fully resolved until a day after my departure, meaning I did not have access to my funds for the duration of my stay. I was told multiple times that management would contact me, but no one ever did. I also sent two emails and received only one response. Throughout this entire process, no one offered an apology for the inconvenience or acknowledged the impact this situation had on my vacation.
