Aardige receptie, goede ligging maar housekeeping laat echt steken vallen.
Pros:

De avond receptioniste en de nacht receptionist waren allebei zo ontzettend aardig ! We hebben veel goede tips gekregen, zowel over Yellowstone als het omliggende gebied. De ligging is fijn: niet in de drukte van West Yellowstone maar wel super dicht bij. Ook is er een leuk terras waar je buiten kan zitten.

Cons:

De hygiëne was echt niet goed, in de badkamer zagen we overal haren liggen. Het schoonmaak personeel had vanaf 9u ‘s ochtends tot einde middag de hele tijd super luid muziek aan staan, echt bizar dat dat zo geaccepteerd wordt door het management.
