The staff was very courteous and helpful and the community outs so pleasant
Pros:

Newer facility in a good location near shopping and our family

Cons:

Unfortunate but necessary, utility work was being done in the front parking lot

The nights sleep was interrupted by the smoke or carbon monoxide alarm beeping constantly during the night. Staff were rude in the morning and refused to do anything in terms of refunds or discounts because it was booked through a third party

Hotel nice and clean. Front desk receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She has very good hospitality.

Great one night stay.

Pros:

Nice modern property with great proximity to all of the south wake county towns and easy road access. There is also plenty of shopping in the area, so if you're missing anything, you won't have any problem getting it, or buying souvenirs for friends/family.

Cons:

We had no issues at all with this property. This looks like a newer IHG so what's not to like 8-)
