De gratis koffie en thee in de lobby de hele dag.

Cons:

Kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Gratis ontbijt was echt heel basic. Eieren niet te pellen. Tafels werden niet schoongemaakt.

Beautiful location for exploring the area on foot

Nearly everything about this hotel was excellent. The property is very clean and well maintained throughout. Parking is plentiful and easy to access, which made arrival and departures stress-free. Its central location is a major advantage—most attractions and amenities are within comfortable walking distance, with numerous sidewalks and pedestrian paths that make exploring the area pleasant and safe. The nearby bridge and surrounding infrastructure are attractive and add to the neighborhood’s charm. The lobby is spacious and inviting, offering a comfortable place to relax or work. Overall, a convenient, tidy, and well-located choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Cons:

During our stay the breakfast service fell short of the hotel’s usual standards. Several basic items were unavailable, including the waffles that are typically offered by this brand and Philadelphia-style cream cheese. The lack of these staples made the buffet feel incomplete and diminished the start of our day.
When I asked a staff member about the missing items, the response was brief and unhelpful — simply that they were gone. Plates were not available at first and were only brought out after a five-minute delay, which added to the impression of poor preparedness and made the meal service less pleasant than expected.
This situation suggests a need for improved staff training in inventory management and guest communication. With better restocking procedures and more informative, proactive responses from breakfast staff, the hotel could easily restore the breakfast experience to the level guests expect from this brand.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bom! Quarto amplo e limpo. Tudo novinho. A funcionária da recepção era maravilhosa. O estacionamento é amplo e bem na frente.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bem fraco. No dia que estávamos lá teve um problema com o local que servem os ovos.
Só tinha doces e pão.

Decent location, for a quick stop over.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location to downtown river walk.

Cons:

The air-conditioning unit was very loud and inconsistent. Also the hotel does sit right off the freeway, so you do get a lot of road noise.

Clean, consistent, would book again
Pros:

The property was clean and properly staffed. We arrived in town a little earlier than check-in (3pm) yet Christa was able to get us into our room which we greatly appreciated. She was just as helpful, friendly, and courteous in person as she was on the phone. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was standard for Hampton Inn (standard items offered, good food quality). We had a nice stay and I would certainly book there again in the future.

A relatively new hotel in an excellent location.

The room was clean and adequately spacious, with a large and comfortable bathroom. The included breakfast was more than satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also made use of the on-site laundry facilities (for a fee), purchasing the detergent directly at the front desk, which was very convenient.

Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended for families.
