It could be better.
Cons:

Rooms and hallways smell like throw up. Once I arrived, room wasn’t very clean. Used bandages were found stuck to the closet wall. Parking lot is sketchy. Many people hanging out in the parking lot at all wee hours of the night. Hotel does not provide house keeping for upto 14 days later. Towels have to be brought down after a couple of days to get clean one if the are available.

It was fantastic!!
Pros:

Overall really great experience that I even extended my stay for a whole week. Some of the staff can be a bit sassy and have a funky attitude but over all it’s been the best experience I’ve had with a budget hotel

Cons:

I didn’t like that the guest WiFi was not working and still isn’t working. And I would have to pay extra in order to get connected to their wifi

Beware , dirty, host homeless and parking lot is used for drug activity!
Pros:

I thought the location was great but was I wrong!

Cons:

Sad to say the smell of urine, dirty hallways, lots of activity in the parking lot , seemed as this hotel hosts homeless individuals . The floors were sticky, bathroom was the worst smell of urine. Let front desk know, no one seemed to care. Tried to get a noon checkout, could not get a hold of desk and emailed property. When they were , they said 11:30 am sharp , remind you just spoke to someone at 11 am trying to reach since the night before. When we came down was yelled at by the front desk that she was going to charge me because it was 11:35 am , I think the city needs to be notified by the elevator it runs very slow. And then I refused and told me I was black listed. My fear is that a family will get fooled of the location and check in and experience the dirt , pee and drug issues in their parking lot. Staff so rude and unprofessional. I use booking . Com for my work travel never have any issues .. I just am concerned for those that have no other choices and anyone w small children, the beds have half pillows and the refrigerator was full of dents .

This place is ok
Pros:

I like this place is close to store and restaurant and is by the freeway and they have little kitchen for cooking and big refrigerator and it is safe when you enter the door

Cons:

Is little dirty like the floor when I took off my shoe and walk around with pair foot I can feel dirt sticking on my foot and the bathtub was smell even the hallway it smell like wet rug and by the elevator was smell like weed and I have a hard time to find a parking spot it was all full

Pros:

Cons:

I paid for a room. And never even got the room I paid for. Apparently there were none available. Expecting a refund. I didn’t even stay there at all.
