The bed was uncomfortable the shades were not quite blocking the Sun or any light coming from the outside lights plus the shades were broken. Pillows were super flat and uncomfortable at all that's including the beds as well.

Everything all room was dirty and smells cigarette was nasty plus the stuff wasn’t nice

There is prostitution throughout the hotel, gang members all over the place, roaches in the parking lot (there was a huge roach) on my window , including abandoned cars that have dust on them. The women in the front desk are disrespectful they don’t care about any concerns or problems you have they will laugh in your face. BEWARE of
The multiple dogs all over this place. Dogs pee in hallway floor , pee in elevator & NOBODY cleans it up!! The 2nd, 3rd & 4th floor STINKS!! There are no housekeepers cleaning anything, shampooing the hallways or etc. blinds inside hotel rooms are broken pieces & the window seals are FILTHY!! the ONLY floor they make sure smells good once you walk in is the 1st floor. A lot of front desk workers live ONSITE on first floor it is an extended stay. The manager also lives on the premises. The short older lady Daniel who works in front counter snorts powder constantly rubs her nose, stutters when talking to you & tries to over charge you damage deposit. She lied and told me $75 then next day her supervisor said $20 deposit. There are ALOT of families who check in and stay in hotel so I don’t understand why they allow women to walk around in underwear & house shoes / ect without addressing them there’s children around. This hotel needs to be INSPECTED by health inspectors & Cleaned with BLEACH!! There’s no way dogs are urinating inside the elevator floor and on the hallways on the 2nd , 3rd & 4th floor and you guys aren’t shampooing the floors!! The bathrooms look worn out you’ll see chipped paint along floor boards /shower they just keep painting over things. You need to CLEAN behind the windows seal because they are black with dust which can eventually cause dust mites to bite residents/tourist. Replace the broken blinds in the rooms that we’re paying $700 a week to stay in. This hotel does not DESERVE your hard earned money it’s disgusting.

The hotel is filled with a lot of dope heads, prostitutes walking outside in underwear smoking, bad management, poor communication between front desk attendants & customers, way too many dogs all inside the property! I’ve seen 1 woman with 3 dogs in her room, hallways stink, blinds in unit are DIRTY&broken, gang bangers hang out here in the rooms & police walking through looking for people, broken down cars left in parking lot & takes up space no one tows them, people are in here doing cocain, you can hear neighbors arguing all night, people bump loud music from 11pm-5am on 3rd floor. Front desk attendants change damage deposit prices up & down and they talk to you with no respect!!! This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in I will NEVER stay here again it’s not worth your hard earned money!! Everyone is doing their own things here clearly & it’s ridiculous!!

The fact i made a reservation, get to the location.. no rooms.. then proceeds to still charge my card..

Strange homeless people on the property outside with back packs late at night. People living in their cars in the parking lot. No one picks up after their dog. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Rude staff
