Pros:

Room was very well appointed in the kitchenette area, and well designed, sleek, not cluttered.
The air conditioner, often a source of aggravation, was quiet, the fan gentle. It sort of sounded like a light rain was falling, though I do not think it was. Very nice.

Cons:

Chocolate on the pillow perhaps.

Exceeded expectations, I hit in after 230 am and they allowed me late check out which was very kind

Pros:

I thought the overall property was very good. I would definitely stay there again. It felt and seemed very clean. It seemed and smelled very new. The people working there were friendly, and the location to the community of Winter Haven was easily accessible by walking.

Cons:

The primary issue I had with the property was that it seemed to be located near a fire station or a police station. Which is good from a safety perspective, but it sure did seem like there were a lot of emergencies with sirens and calls going out over the two days that we stayed there. So it seemed to loud and the room overlooked the main road, which was busy and could be heard.
