Pros:

Breakfast was very good

Cons:

It's silly? But if I had to pick....... no closet space and vertical? Toilet tissue holders? Not as functional, in my opinion. Staff and service amazing. It is a shame I will never be this way again!! That's how impressed I was!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and is in a fantastic location set back from the Hudson river. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean.

Cons:

We were incredibly disappointed as we paid extra for a dual aspect room that looked straight on to the Hudson river as shown in the pictures on booking.com for the room we had booked. When we arrived we were given a dual aspect room at the back of the hotel that overlooked roof tops. We had purposely paid extra for the amazing views shown in the pictures and were really excited about our stay, this really tarnished the experience. Also the restaurant was shut which was disappointing. We ate at the bar next door which was very good. There were robes provided but only one in a double room and tea bags but no wat of getting hot water as only a Nespresso machine provided.

This place is a scam. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
We booked through booking.com and paid and when we got to the hotel they charged credit card again. They told us the payment was charged by accident and it will “fall off” in a day or two. We called a week later and spoke a representstive on the ohone named Joshua. He claims that there was no reservation made under our names. He was unprofessional and was rushing to get me off the phone! He even went to the point to say “ well get you the refund I will push it over”. I said to him how? When you dont even have our reservation? This place is a scam! I RECOMMEND NEVER TO STAY HERE!

Nice, relaxing getaway
Pros:

Room was pretty sound proof. It felt like we were the only ones there. Nice aesthetic. Peaceful.

Cons:

Everything was fine. I'm just used to a firmer bed and pillows. I don't know if it makes sense to say, but it was too soft. I would have liked a desk in the room as well.

Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms with a very weak gym
Pros:

Room was nice and staff was friendly and parking was very easy

Cons:

For a place that lists spa and fitness as a major offering the gym was very bad. Clearly no one had been in there in a while as the elliptical made a screeching sound that prevented me from using it. The machines need replacement immediately.

The hotel is fantastic! New, clean and with beautiful views!

Cons:

The service at the restaurant wasn’t great. We needed to clean our own table and took about an hour until we got our food in both of our breakfast times.
They missed cleaning our room.
We also experienced the guests next door partying really loud until 3am and the connecting doors in between not blocking any of the noise.
