Very new, modern decor. Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, delicious restaurant, beautiful bar & lobby area.
Nothing!
It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The amenities were plentiful.
There wasn’t anything I disliked.
The property of itself was beautiful.
My goodness what do I start. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The pillow was like laying your head on a rock. And if you get back to the hotel anytime after 11 PM, you walk in the first sliding doors, but the second won’t open you have to look for a little button on the wall to speak to the main desk because they have a homeless people problem walking in. Keep in mind the main desk is literally right in front of the door and yes, security is standing right next to it staring at you in the class instead of walking over and letting the door open to talk to you. So either they think I look homeless which I can clearly say I don’t look or they’re just a bunch of idiots that customer service is clearly not their first worry. Second off your breakfast is an overpriced continental breakfast. Do yourself a favor. Stay at the Hilton because you’ll get free breakfast and it’s not $30. I think they think there’s some high class restaurant also. Third, if you go to the rooftop bar a beer dam near cost $10. They are almost stadium prices.
Could not connect with the TV.
Curtains do not close all the way
The bed was comfortable. Sheets clean. TV at the end of the bed is great. The 2nd shift front desk gentleman is always very personable.
For this visit the room was a little off, not the usual high standard. I asked for an invoice/receipt when I checked out and was told booking.com will send a receipt which I didn’t get. Especially felt at checkout getting a discounted rate from a third party is not welcome.
Great room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Rooftop bar open late (at least during our stay) and nice restaurant. Great darkening shades. Nice shower.
Can’t think of anything.
My Queen Mobility suite was not available when we arrived. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It was outstanding. We had a great dinner at Heritage the first evening. I had a massage just before leaving for home. It was a great 2 nights with a spectacular view.
N/A
location is very good
Its the same BS every time I book via Booking.com, they can't give me a receipt because it's booked through a 3rd party vendor. I ask for a manager and can you believe that there is not a manager on duty at 7:45 in the morning. And the onsite restaurants serve food they think will please the higher end I guess. Not impressed with their menu's
Cleanliness, modernity, pop-up TV.
Complimentary coffee.
The friendly staff and the location to the stadium.
I wish the food service was open a little later or had some simple options for food for late night arrivals.
