Pros:

You felt like you were on a tropical vacation as soon as you stepped into the lobby.

Cons:

I feel like it would be great if there was all inclusive option. You do get nickled and dimed a little bit . The food options also could be better for the cost .

Pool was booty hop music. Might as well call it Master T's Booty Hop and Leave Jimmy Buffet out of it! 18 year old DJ grinding at noon. Disgraceful false advertising! Not for Buffet fans at all. Shameless promotion!

Stressful - Nasty Sheets

Enjoyed the location to restaurants, beach and small shops.
Friendly wait staff at the bar.

Our bedsheets were stained with what appeared to be someone's rear end.. sheet was tore.. above the rip in the sheet you can clearly see a yellowish stain that type of stain was in multiple areas throughout the sheets - We could see stains on the sheets so we decided to dim the lights and use black light - sickening results.. the light enhanced more than we could see without it.
Bathroom soap dispenser had black curly hair stuck around the pump. front desk staff rude - not professional at all. We purchased our stay through booking.com then at check in margaritaville charged us again for the same 1 night stay, then charged us again for our 1 night stay after we checked out.. no we didnt charge anyting to our room we used our debit to eat on site.
it was difficult to receive a refund .
We made multiple attempts to speak with management we were told the rules dont allow guest to speak with a manager.. we emailed, made multiple phone calls .. we were told management would contact us, as of now 4 - 5 days later (approximately) not one call from anyone from margaritaville. We did finally get a refund pending 3 days later .

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand den man über eine Brücke erreichen

Cons:

Leider haben wir unsere Kaution in Höhe von 100.- $ bis heute nach selbst zweimaligen anschreiben nicht zurück erstattet bekommen.😒

The Property is okay . Several options to eat , excellent Customer service stuff at the front desk and valet parking

Cons:

Our fridge did not work. We reported, but they never came to fix it or change it . They just brought us some ice because we had a cooler.
