Will recommend and stay again.
Pros:

My stay was very comfortable and convenient, staff was friendly with great customer service. My room was clean and I slept very well. Bed and pillows provided were exceptional, loved that the window opened and I could enjoy a morning breeze.

Cons:

More areas to sit outside, maybe a nice bench or table and chairs away from the front door. I liked the bench in the foyer with the stone, It would of been nice to see one out the side doors to just enjoy the sun and the fresh air.

Got the job done, but at $250/night, crazy over priced.
Pros:

The place is clean and pretty new, which is an advantage. They have a good breakfast--far superior to what you usually get at a breakfast included place in the US.

Cons:

The room is chock full of LEDs--everywhere you look. We had to use all the towels in the bathroom to cover them because the room just can't get dark at night. Our "suite" had a full size refrigerator, which I thought was a great idea until I had to sleep near it. It was loud. Coupled with the AC unit and the place was noisy. I wouldn't stay there again.

Always a must when traveling through Madras
Pros:

The Bunk House is a must stay every time we come through Madras. It is always a comfortable stay. The hotel is rustic and charming all in one. And the breakfast is amazing!

An absolutely fantastic stay in Madras.
Pros:

Exceptional - beautiful interiors and very comfortable room - especially the mattress. Ron at check in was so helpful and welcoming. He gave me a great recommendation on where to get dinner. He is a great reflection on this property. Breakfast and the upper floor were also above and beyond. I will stay here again.

Beautiful Property and great friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was really helpful and the facility was top notch. Food was great. It would be nice if the beautiful breakfast area was a bar in the evening.

Clean and comfortable rustic-styled stay with minor improvements needed.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, and the bedroom furnishings felt new. I loved the rustic theme of the lobby and the room, it gave the property a charming and aesthetic feel. The room was cozy and beautifully designed. I also liked the standing shower, which was spacious and convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

A brown leather headboard would better suit the rustic theme, as the current black one makes the room feel a bit dark. More towels would also be appreciated, especially since the room accommodates up to four guests. We checked out early at 5:30 AM and asked about a takeaway breakfast, but unfortunately there was no option available, so I only had a coffee.
