While the property had some positives like its layout and location, our stay was not pleasant due to uncomfortable beds
Pros:

Unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience overall. There were a few aspects of the property that had potential, such as the general layout and location, but they were outweighed by the issues we encountered during our visit.

We appreciate the opportunity to stay at property, but given our experience, it’s not something we’d book a second time.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest, and the requirement to insert a card into a box to activate the power was extremely inconvenient during our stay.

Given these concerns, we would like to request a refund or some form of compensation.

Pros:

It was clean and safe because I had to use my key card to enter the side doors of the hotel.

Cons:

The people near me were loud, they didn’t respect the signs that said Quiet Time 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. I didn’t like that I had to insert a card inside the door to allow the lights to turn on. Very inconvenient in various ways but I understand that it might be a state requirement to conserve energy.
