Very good, if art and culture are your thing it’s a great place to spend a few days in Fort Worth.
Pros:

The hotel is modern, great sized rooms & beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptional, particularly Tierra on reception who was an exceptional host, informative and unfailing smiley.
The location is superb, just across the road from the Modern Art, Kimble & Amon Carter museums & a short walk from the Will Rogers Equine complex and the beautiful botanical gardens.
The hotel restaurant provides excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The air conditioning was quite noisy but this seems to be a common theme with many of the newer large hotels.

Mediocre for the money I spent over priced.Bowie House and Drover are worth the money not Crescent!
Pros:

Location is great!

Cons:

Valet was irritating. , over crowded and slow, construction was frustrating to get in and out. Check out on Sunday morning was awful….one person working and a huge line to checkout. The bar on the top played extremely loud music and people congregated in the hall outside rooms kept us up until 1;30 am. When we called down the associate said it would end soon… no apologies etc… very disappointing. Mediocore.

Great location and staff.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Great location, immediately across the road from the Cultural are and the Stock Show. They had a courtesy car for short journeys which we appreciated. We had our small dog with us and the staff were so kind to him.

Cons:

Sterile lobby. Our room did not get serviced. We did ask for more waters and coffee in the room and only received the coffee. $50 a day to park is pretty steep.

Pros:

delicious breakfast. beautiful setting. excellent service. we had a wonderful time. it matched the caliber of the entire hotel experience.

Cons:

food took a long time to come out. we were told we could only have table for an hour but food arrived after 45 minutes. however, we were not rushed to leave. i am not sure why we were told we could only have table for one hour.

Pros:

The biggest surprise is that we got two suites. The suites were lovely. Thought we had booked single rooms.
Great value for this hotel in this location.
Breakfast was delicious, and service was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing. Location was excellent, right across the street from museums we visited. Near University Village where we shopped. Close to downtown, where we had dinner.

Awesome staff and a warm welcome from the valets
Pros:

The hotel was really nice but the people are what stood out the most. The whole staff was pleasant and never made us feel like any request was bothersome. Bryan (our valet) was out first impression and he set the tone for the staff. Really friendly and helpful, along with the whole valet staff.

Fantastic Hotel with Incredible Service
Pros:

Our stay at the Crescent Hotel was extraordinary. The service and staff were helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Especially, Mr. Cassieus Clay. From the moment we arrived to walking us to our Uber upon departure, he was on it. Nothing better than having a personal concierge to make you feel at home when you travel. Cheers to you Cassieus!! Thank you!! Five stars all around.
