It's unfair that you are charged for hair color that bleeds when you shower with the towels so either bring your own towels or don't use them cause they charge 20 bucks for stains on towels for shower very crazy to me!

Cons:

That they lie to you and never want to check the room with guests apond checking out time they don't want you there when they check it so they can dispute something that's not even fair or true that's sad

Very scary. There were men hanging around outside by cars, by the entrances smoking weed, a lady was getting beat up right outside the front door. She came in the lobby saying she should get a room because it happened on their property. I asked for a room close to the lobby or front entrance because I'm disabled
She put me in a room very far from the elevator
The back lot is not well lit.Its very dark. There was a group of people outside the door smoking weed. I was scared
The hallway smells like someone smoking weed. Very strong scent of marijuana.
I kept looking behind me as i went down the hallway.
If there was any way to get my points back and a refund, please do so.
Im afaid to leave my room.
I was going to go out to eat, but I would rather be hungry.

Pros:

Hotel itself was good just in ab isolated area making it appear sketchy. The other residents were unsavory and I was asked multiple times by staff to leave a positive review ( I think because so many are negative), but it was fine for me being solo and an adult . Staff was great though
