Honestly should be a $50 hotel with how things are.
Pros:

Bed was firm, close to the pinnacles western side, the area around the motel had a gas station and water station nearby to fill up. Check out is easy just drop off the key in a box

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty and black stuff in the bathroom sink I don’t think they even cleaned the room, visible oil marks on the bed frame and handprints. And marks on the floor.

Cons:

The bed was especially hard after a long day of hiking. I checked-in late and when I went to use the bathroom, the toilet had a black ring of mold around the bowl.

Pros:

I just needed a safe place to get a couple hours of rest. I paid $80 for the night, and for what you get, you can’t beat the price. It’s older but you can tell the owner put some money into renovations.

Worst Shit Hotel Ever ! ! !
Pros:

It was so bad and dirty , did not represent pictures posted, show had foot prints , bed was split , sheets did not cover mattress , door was jammed, furniture was missing paint
So bad we did not stay more than 15 minutes and left
Going for refund . Delete this property
