Large, clean rooms. Very nice- nice staff.

Huge, spacious rooms. Clean and smelled fresh. I loved that the fridge was medium sized and not so tiny. Appreciate a microwave in the room because it’s hard to get some times.

After checking in I went to Lucky’s bar & grill inside the hotel and received excellent service. The food was great! I ordered the ribeye, baked potato and salad. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The issue I had with my stay was I could not connect to their Wi-Fi. My calls were dropped and if I was on the phone I couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. It was very frustrating considering I was there alone. Front desk came to the room yet was unable to solve the issue. The next morning I went to breakfast. It was okay.,

Everyone that worked there that we came in contact with was amazing. Even the $1500 payout was enjoyable... Haha. The casino was good to us ...

Convenience to the casino

This hotel knows nothing about customer service. We had our 8 pound emotional support dog with us and all of our paperwork. We were kicked out at 10pm. Without warning or a call. We were on the property at the casino and we were treated like criminals. They entered our room without permission and they wondered why our dog was barking. I have never been treated this poorly by a hotel. Not to mention the entire hotel smells like a cigarette.

The hotel is fine. Basic, but clean and comportable - although I would expect more for the price of the room.

We were not as happy with the casino. No luck gambling, but it is really smokey smelling. Lots of smokers and not a good ventilation system.

Went to Lucky's on Derby Day as I always celebrate the event and truly worst wagering experience I ever encountered-2 clerks in a fairly good size area and 3 self serve units that were not working-machine ate my money the inept help took 45 minutes to refund my dough-on Derby Day? Really? No apology or free voucher offered what a turn off-i Shud have quit while I was ahead as yesterday was one of the few Derby Days I did not win-new to area for now wow and I thought Illinois had issues with the Racing business-lots of room for improvement

Casino drawings same ppl win then they wounder y there losing business they do drawings no one watching so think I'm done same 3 won two weeks in row what is that odds lol check the books see for yourself dam can't figure it out I must need paypay or something so I can pay host

As a smoker, I am very pleased that you offer Smoking rooms. Thank you!!!! I just feel the room rate is not compatible with the area. A bit steep.

Great service.

I was worried about the rooms smelling smoky. They weren’t too bad. The check in desk is sort of hidden and not marked where to go until you are in the door to the casino. If you have walking issues make sure to ask for a room close to the elevator or you will have a long walk to some of the rooms. Don’t expect a decent breakfast it was pretty lame and the restaurant didn’t open until 11, also no where close to find breakfast. We tried!!! The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The reception area is beautiful and again the staff was excellent

The hotel itself is ok & the staff really friendly, but the smell of smoke from the casino is overwhelming

The room was like sleeping in the remnants of a bon fire. The smoky smell was overwhelming and made our 2 day stay a 1 day stay. We chose to leave a day early as we could not sleep another night in these conditions.

Whole hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. "Breakfast" was mediocre continental.

Everything was great here. Room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and it was very quiet.

Smoking room? Never heard of it but its all they had. You would think they woild use air fresheners or open windows when possible.
