Pros:

Lobby locked on arrival (9:20 p.m) Called number posted, was told my pre paid reservation would not be honoured and to apply for a refund. Brutal !

Didnt stay,canceled my room afyer seeing the property. Was scared to even drive in parking lot to turn around. Very disgusting place. Looked like a drug infested motel

Pros:

I went with a friend in september and when we got to our room there was someone who wasnt supposed to be in there. We went to the desk to ask for a refund and the guy said it would be back in my account within 3-5 days. It's been over a month and I havent heard anything.

It was terrible. I didn’t even stay the night. I left my key around 8:30 pm and never came back. Not only was I afraid but I had men to knock on my door and offer me illegal drugs and ask me if I was for sale.

Horrible. Extra hidden $50 fee at front desk after I already paid online. I don't carry cash so this way very inconvenient and didn't even get to stay because of this issue. You should have added that $50 in payment online..SMDH
