We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 1 night. We will stay again.
Pros:

I really liked the layout and the size of the room we stayed in. Also, the whole hotel looked very clean and smelled so nice. :)

best stay I’ve had in town
Pros:

Exceptional service and food. Comfortable beds and beautiful decor. Rooms were amazing and the hotel was stunning. Definitely the place to stay in Austin

I loved the hotel will definitely book again next visit.
Pros:

Clean, neat & great service.

Cons:

My room had a sewer smell. They tried to fix it but the smell came back. Unfortunately there weren’t any other rooms available like the one I booked so I kept the room. Was accommodated city tax & free breakfast.

Worst stay ever. Don’t waste your Money!
Pros:

Location was ok but stay was not worth it

Cons:

One of the worst paces to stay at . Staff was very rude and unhelpful, especially Iqar. Room was infested with ants and amenities were dirty and unappealing. I would not recommend staying here.

From regular to bad my stay
Cons:

The fridge didn't work... I reported that, but all my stay it was the same situation.

I lost everything.... Everything inside was damaged (champagne, cheese, serrano ham, everything)

Hotel refused (and still refuses) to provide us with bill/folio for the stay claiming that due to reservation having been made through Booking.com - they're not required to, which is clearly against the terms of agreement. This is a problem if you're booking the hotel for business travel purposes.

Everything about it was very nice.

Cons:

Our situation and how we ended up here was not ideal. The only thing I didn’t like, at no fault of the hotel, was the distance from the event we were staying at. Other than that, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this place.
