It was great! This was our second stay.
Pros:

I like the location of this hotel. It is downtown within easy walking distance of multiple shops, restaurants, and the park. It also feels very secure and is right next to a covered garage.

Cons:

Construction did make it hard to navigate when we first arrived. The staff were very helpful in giving parking directions.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

Small rooms, no in room fridge, downtown location, loud night scene, rooms next to the street are TOO loud. Also to make it worse construction on the road makes you walk a block to the parking garage.

Pros:

Really like how close it is to everything in the Old Market area, the staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked about the parking and how we had to take care of that. Room is on the smaller side but perfect for a couple. I would stay here again thats for sure.

Cons:

There's really nothing to complain about.

Nice modern hotel, best location in Omaha for downtown
Pros:

Nice hotel in one of the best locations in the city. Lots of bars and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Good facilities throughout

Cons:

Communication about parking options could have been clearer, but using the garage opposite was straightforward for $18/night. Construction work on the street makes it a bit noisy, and restricts access from the garage to the hotel, but this isn't the hotel's fault!
