Pros:

It was so cute and welcoming. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. The free drinks at check in were an amazing touch and you couldn’t have asked for a better location. I will 1000% be back.

Perfect little spot in Downtown Omaha

The signature sent was fantastic, the room was clean and inviting and the water pressure in the shower was amazing

Pros:

The staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The parking situation is not ideal. The parking garage is not “on site” it’s across the street and it’s $18.00 per night. But it’s also currently under construction so you had to pray you could find street parking within the city block.

Pros:

Over all it was a nice place to stay. It was central to where we wanted to stay and be able to visit the zoo and other things.

Cons:

Would have liked to know that we would be paying for parking. Plus that the downtown streets were blocked off so getting to the parking lot was a challenge. I understand that the streets being torn up was not their fault but knowing this ahead of time would have been very helpful. The paying for parking should have been.

A cool hotel, in an excellent old district
Pros:

Very cool hotel, Taya at reception is a hospitality super star. Loved this stay in a cool old district. Bar downstairs on a Sat night is a hoot - noise doesn’t carry upstairs.

This is my choice when in old downtown.
Pros:

I love this hotel. The decor and style is fun. Staff are always amazing and welcoming to me. The bar is great especially with the free drink.

Cons:

The HVAC system is a bit loud when sleeping.

Pros:

Very cool design

Cons:

They put me in a room with broken AC. When I told them about it the first time they did nothing. It wasn't until 1am when it was still 83 that I went back and then they changed my room. They did not comp the room or even reduce the rate

The only thing was the ac wouldn’t get below 71 degrees even when set at 64. It was warm in the room.

If I ever decide to visit Omaha again, I would definitely stay at the Moxy.
Pros:

I loved that the hotel is located in the middle of downtown Omaha. It was convenient and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small (European style), cozy, and clean. Also, the lobby was fun and inviting.

Cons:

My only personal complaint is the mattress. I thought it was too soft, but someone may like that type. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.
