Public parking garage was very close so that was easy. The free drink at check-in was awesome! Staff was nice, room was clean. No complaints!
The bartenders were nice
Loud neighbors, paper thin walls, and had no hot water for the duration of my stay. Front desk apologized and offered to refund the stay, provided that I create a rewards account, reach out to Booking.com, and ask them to call and ask for their manager. Later, with the Booking.com agent on the line, I got the manager down to the lobby. He proceeded to be extremely rude, saying that they offered me to move rooms 3 times (this is completely false, and either way, would not have solved the building issue of no hot water). He proceeded to tell me I was lying about his employee offering to refund my stay and said “You can checkout now if you don’t want to stay”. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I haven’t even gotten into how tiny the rooms are or how there’s literally NO storage. Complete ripoff. They blew their entire budget on a cool lobby.
Great locstion
Men restroom needed cleaning as someone vomited in there during the night
Location
Room quite small
Everything
Everything
It was really nicely appointed with a twist of personality
The carpets on level 5 were not regularly vacuumed. Salt grit and stuff were making it look dirty for out 2 day stay.
