Pros:

Staff was great. Room Was great. Bed, TV, and towels was great.

Cons:

The bed didn't have great support for sleeping in my opinion. Everything else was stellar.

I had a hard time finding the one and only entrance to the parking lot due to inadequate signage for the entrance.

The two young ladies at front desk were very friendly. The quality of the hotel is very good. Clean, comfortable and valuable. 5 minutes to the airport

Room was great. Good value

Cons:

Staff, particularly Janice at front desk. Not accommodating and did not explain why room was not ready. Other staff were nice and apologized. She has no customer service skills at all and I will never go back because of that.

Wonderful stay, super clean hotel, great location.
Pros:

Super clean, not very crowded area. Close to nice restaurants, and convenient to airport. Staff were friendly. Comfy beds. Enough space for larger families (5-6). Breakfast had decent options.

Breakfast was good. I love the space in the room!

Cons:

I did not like the $5.00 dollar parking fee that was added at check in. As a matter of principle , it leaft me with heart feelings. that is not the way i do buisness.
