We just needed to stay close to the Airport to catch an early flight home, and this place was great.
Pros:

We had to check out early to catch our flight, so we did not get to try the breakfast, but the room was very clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again if I needed a room in Knoxville, TN.

A bit chaotic !

Good location.

Cons:

Dogs left in the room to bark all day long! ( not to mention at night)I was told this was something they were working on??? We were there from Monday through Friday they are correct it is just like home; I have no one to straighten rooms, bring clean towels, more soap or toilet paper at home either.

The hotel was clean and it is a new building. The staff was friendly but seemed inexperienced with how to run the hotel smoothly. The room was very nice and accommodating for my family.

Cons:

The hotel seemed to be short staffed and the employees they did have seemed inexperienced. I wanted to have a quick breakfast before getting back on the road. We were not able to find much to eat even though we come down for breakfast at 8 AM. Breakfast isn’t over until 10. They ran out of waffle mix. There was hardly anything else to choose from except for cereal. Most of the guests were complaining out loud and when I went to the breakfast bar, the other guests were telling me about how everything had run out and they don’t know when it’s going to be replaced. The staff that were running the breakfast bar were young adults, and they had large attitudes. They seemed bothered by having to restock food.

Very nice, great location. Fire pits were nice.

Mattress was uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise at night which was more likely due to other customers.

2 minutes from airport and Kickback Jacks
Pros:

Matthew at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was nice and only took 2 minutes. He recommended Kickback Jacks and it was quite good.

Great staff - big thank you to Matthew!
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights and were really pleased with our visit. The property was clean and conveniently located near the airport. Matthew went above and beyond when we forgot our toothpaste and was happy to help us out, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend – clean, comfortable, and a good breakfast too.
